There was only 1 person working at the time but I didn't have to wait too long for my food. Since it's small, there are not many places to sit, so most people do to-go orders. I ordered an item from each category: * Grapefruit Green Tea Boba - 9/10 - I liked the grapefruit pulp that was mixed into the boba, because of the different textures. The 50% sugar was the perfect amount of sweetness. * Almond Chocolate Croffle - 7/10 - The croffle tasted a bit stale and it was cold, so I don't think they make it fresh. But, I did like the toppings. * Lychee Rose Ice Cream - 8/10 - I liked the small pieces of lychee throughout the ice cream and the rose flavor was not overbearing. “Love the milk teas here! I always get one when I'm at this mall. (I think there was a different bubble tea shop here before but no matter, they're both really good.) Taro or brown sugar milk teas with boba are my usual tried & trues, but I had a lavender milk tea with lychee jelly recently and it's fantastic! The lavender is subtle and the jelly is ambrosial. Sounds like a bizarre combination but it works! They also do fruit teas and slushies. Would love it if they add rose tea in the future. There is only one size and it's large - the cup quality is nice, not the flimsy kind of flexible plastic that are used at so many bubble tea places. I can actually keep it and reuse. Service was quick and very friendly. I didn't get the name of the girl who took my order but she was lovely. The location is on the 1st floor of the hall section connecting the main mall area to Nickelodeon Universe.“

“I worked with Ma’s Tea House for a corporate event. Initially we wanted them to come on site at our NYC office location at make fresh bubble tea as people came into the office, which they do offer, but the building had a lot of specific requests which made it difficult to coordinate. We ended up deciding to switch to a delivery of 100 bubble teas in the morning for my event that same afternoon. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with and responsive. I stopped by the shop and Justin worked with me to decide on what would be best for delivery and what flavors would be good options. I even requested they add my company’s stickers to the cups along with their own and they did. Delivery was a little tough (but that was due to the location of the office in midtown, police officers not allowing vehicles to stop, etc.) but we eventually found each other for delivery and they helped bring the bubble teas into the building within the delivery time discussed.As for the bubble teas during the event, we decided on 50 white peach rose with strawberry popping boba and 50 passion fruit with mango popping boba. They were a HUGE hit and mostly gone within the hour from the start of the event which we didn’t expect. We were anticipating some leftovers by the end of the day, but in the end, there were none.Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that we received. Brian was great to work with. We would look to work with them again in the future!“

I ended up getting a large Acai Punch smoothie ($10) with protein ($1). This was an acai-based smoothie with peanut butter. I should've gotten a small because this drink was HUGE. It was well worth the price. The flavor was also delicious, though I did start to get tired of it halfway through. I tried my friend's fruit smoothie (one of the ones with strawberry and mango) and she thought it was sour, but I thought it was really tasty and refreshing and not sour at all.“

My go-to coffee is usually black and nothing else. Instead I opted to try their "Hot Chai latte"and a choice of oat milk, half/half and milk and other options. I went with the half/half and It was absolutely delicious. Groundwork's Cafe is just the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself with their many food and drink options. The energy and vibe is exactly what I like to surround myself in. The cafe is extremely clean all around!!!! The staff members are beyond friendly and welcoming. There's off street meter parking and town meter parking lots within a short walking distance. What I ordered: Hot chai latte Chicken Colombian empanadas A small cup of Tomato Soup I LOVED IT ALL!
