“I have been coming here since it was blue moon and for over 10 years i have been a customer of theirs. Their food is amazing, service is top notch and now that they have re-done the interior it is stunning!! I have never heard of Japanese/Mexican but i am excited to try to Japanese side of it! Mexican is always a top 3 for me.“
“The new location is Englewood is beautiful! We went for our first visit and we're so pleasantly delighted with the new selection of foods & excellent service. Pictured is the Goodfellas Sushi Roll with spicy yellowtail and lemon. A must try! So fresh and delicious. The sushi pizza was a fun take on spicy tuna. My absolute favorite were the soup dumplings, they are made fresh to order, so be patient, as they take about 20 minutes. The best I've ever had! Steamed to perfection. I had the green tea but I wanna try the Lychee Martini next time as we will for sure be coming back.“
“The food was good; I liked the amount of spice in the enchiladas. The chips and salsa were bland tho. The atmosphere wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. The girl who took care of me was awesome and the people in the kitchen did a great job but the atmosphere just seemed off. It wouldn’t keep me from going again but I’ll likely explore other options first.“
“I came in for a quick bite after a concert and I have been hooked on their food ever since. Every time I come in the taste and quality of the food are the same. The staff is nice and there prices are good. I definitely recommend this restaurant.“
“Today my bf and I went to get Chipotle and had the most pleasant customer service experience with Chris, who gave great suggestions with a smile and allowed my bf to taste test the new spicy&sweet chicken before deciding to have it (loved it tbh). This is the best customer service experience we’ve had at this location in a long time.“
“This restaurant beat every expectation. Honestly, I am not a huge fan of Mexican cuisine Margaritas withstanding.La Casa completely has turned me into a fan.We traveled from Manhattan to dine with friends. It will now make the trip just for La Casa.“
“Amazing atmosphere. Visiting from MA and this place came highly recommended. Food and the drinks were fantastic! Magda is an Excellent manager and provides Exceptional service. Make sure to see Kevin when you go, he was great! Will be back again on my next trip to NY.“
“Came in on Good Friday around 6:00 for dinner and sat at the bar. We were warmly welcomed and ordered house margaritas, which were perfectly balanced. We also ordered a mezcal flight. The bartender, Eric, was flexible with the choices in the flight. We ordered from the happy hour menu and had guacamole, beef tacos, and beef nachos, which were thankfully not served as a pile of chips. Each chip was layered with the most tender, flavorful beef, a beautiful pickled jalapeno, tomato, and cheese, with a serving of guacamole adorning the center of the plate. The beef tacos were well seasoned and tender, and the salsa verde was fresh and crisp. The best part of our evening was the hospitality. Eric was personable, informative, and attentive. He educated us about the different mezcals and tequilas and gave us some tips and tricks for navigating the city. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again.“
“We came here on the recommendation of a friend and even with her glowing review, we were still blown away! Every dish was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were a steal. Our family had the truffle quesadillas, the carne asada tacos, and the langosta tacos. We shared an order of guac and the kids had the flan and churros for dessert. Great dinner; we can't wait to return!“
“I would have to say it is the best Mexican food in a 30 mile radius… have been here a handful of times and every occasion has been super tasty when compared to most Mexican food in Bergen County and a bunch of places from Passaic, no doubt…“
