The person who served me was kind & friendly. I had the picadillo with white rice, sweet plantains, a fried yuca fritter, & a side of beans. It all was very tasty, with the exception of the fritter. My only qualm was the pricing for what I ordered. It came to $29, including 2 bags of cheese doodles.Would I go back... Yes. Everything looked vibrant & fresh... I wanted to try EVERYTHING.“

My kids are extremely picky and 3 of them chose the chicken tacos and loved them! One had the quesadilla and he is the most picky he ate some and took the rest for the next day. Al Azar plate was awesome and my baby is not one to eat much and she was eating the rice. My husband had the Caldo beef. We had ceviche as a appetizer as well as some Maduros and they were quite tasty. I really enjoyed my main entree which was a Mofongo saltado which adds a nice Dominican fusion/flair to it. For dessert I went with the flan and espresso and I feel like you can't go wrong with that choice. My friends had the tres leches and they mentioned it was super tasty too. “I was there last night 3/30 to have the Whiting and French fries. At first I was very disappointed when I realized they didn't have anymore of this special "pink sauce" that tastes amazing. Served piping hot and fresh, the pork wasn't hard but had great flavor and chew. The sauteed red onions were a nice touch on top of a bed of fluffy white rice and iconic black beans. The food was delicious, I had a whole snapper with white rice and tostones (green fried plantains) and my husband had white rice, black beans, salad and steak smothered in onions. Everything was Delicious and I even took my leftovers to the hotel for later. I can't say enough about the treatment we got from Denis the owner and his wife. “Aside from the place looking rundown the food was amazing my bf and his mom order a chicken and beef empanada and it was fresh and said was good I however ordered there empanada Supreme which they make on the spot and I did my vegan style no meat and was one of the best empanadas I ever had. You do have a choice to have it with chosen beef or beans as well but if you go here you should deff try the empanada Supreme. “My family and I love coming here on sundays! The food is very delicious, it has a mixture or all types of Latin American dishes. My favorite is the Mofongo de pollo. It comes in a creamy mushroom sauce (I included the picture of what was barely remaining). But we also love to get the Jalea which is not in their updated menu. I did call to ask about that specifically because we ordered take out. Had a bit of a problem with my order but they were able to help me and fixed my order.“

“Went here for breakfast and we are coming from 35 minutes away just to try their Puerto Rican breakfast and this place did not disappoint what so ever. The food came out fast and hot.
