The ambience was okay, it wasn't very busy for seated dining. The servers were extremely friendly, attentive and polite. Our food came out quickly and was flavorful and delicious. My only complaint was that I had 3 pork bones in my noodles, 2+ inches long! I can see how this happens once, but finding 3 was excessive. They're in Washington Heights so if you're in any of the surrounding neighborhoods put them on your radar. I was able to get the basic Pho Slide ('Slice' typo I think) Rare Eye Round delivered piping hot. Broth and meat were kept separate from the noodles so nothing is soggy and the meat is ready by the time it arrives.
