“We tried the pabellón criollos (traditional Venezuelan breakfast) and pan con bistec guaro (Venezuelan steak sandwich), as well as the agua fresca de flor de Jamaica (Costa Rican sorrel wine, non alcoholic). Great dishes with a warm brunch ambiance.“
“The music and atmosphere were top-notch, creating a relaxed and inviting vibe. But let's talk about the food – oh boy, it was fantastic! We tried the sancocho and mofongo, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The sancocho was hearty and flavorful, while the mofongo was perfectly seasoned and had a great texture. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try Dominican/ Puerto Rican food in the area“
“This place is great! However, really busy during the Friday night rush. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. They have two fooors of seating. It looks small from the outside , but they lead us toward the back and up the stairs and we found a close knit corner to sit; close to other restaurant goers. But that’s just the setup. Our wait staff was super nice! ?? the food was delicious - the kitchen due to the Friday night rush had a lot of mixed up orders. I got the wrong plate and drink several times. However one of my drinks was on the house :) we had the vaca frita - delicious!! Definitely recommend! We also had plantains and cream of spinach - it’s soup but I used it as a dip! Equally delicous! The Mar y Tierra was cooked to perfection! The potatoes came with a nice smoky flavor .. come any other day of the week for dinner service ! Highly recommend.Parking: Street parking . Meter parking until 9pm.Kid-friendliness: Not a small kid vibe - but great for older kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Does not have - there’s a lot of stairs.“
“Really good food and aesthetic atmosphere! Loved the nachos and quesadillas it was really fresh and delicious! Jessie was our server and she was very attentive and made sure we are okay at all times. It was my birthday and I really enjoyed celebrating here!“
