“I don't understand why it's so difficult to find decent Chinese and PanAsian food around here. First thing you need to know is that Asian Bistro has closed. Thank god! Even though I never ate there after it was Eastern Empire the conditions there were always in my head. Eastern Empire was gross, dirty and just really bad food. When I found out that Asian Bistro had closed and moved in to Ahi Sushi I was willing to give it a try. Ahi was decent, not the greatest. But decent. The place was pretty nicely decorated and seem pretty clean (in stark contrast to the rundown looking strip mall with a hazardous parking lot). My favorites were the hand rolled sushi rolls. Really good! Guess this a good choice when you need your pan Asian flavor fix“

“The food was really good! We walked in on a Saturday the week before Memorial Day, and the place was pretty busy but got a seat for 2 right away. Great sashimi and rolls. Drinks are a little pricy, and so are the rolls. But the quality is top-notch! Recommend reservations for a larger party.Parking: Took a few laps to find parking, unless you're willing to walk 8-10 min walk away.“

“Food is good. We ordered 2 different sushi and chicken katsu. One of the sushi was served raw (as most sushi are) and I can't eat them cause I am BF-ing my baby. “Was searching for poke and JJ Delicacies came up. Tried it based on reviews (Yelpers haven't steered me wrong yet!) and this place was so good! I built my own bowl with 2 proteins. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portion was generous. The spicy salmon and spicy tuna were flavorful and the house sauce was the perfect addition. Will absolutely return! The service was fast and friendly. I took out, but there are a few seating options for those who want to eat in.“

“I’ve seen people in the reviews say this is expensive but that’s a little surprising to me, especially in an expensive area like this, I’ve found the prices to be exactly what you’d expect for a higher end lounge/restaurant with excellent food like this. Everything I’ve had from here in the dozen or so times I’ve had it has been excellent, although I do find the cooked food better than the sushi. The sushi is good but there are better places in the area that do sushi only better; however, for a place with a diverse Asian menu, which is usually the sign of bad food, they break the trend because everything I’ve had here is awesome, especially any rice or noodle based dishes.“

“While it is 5 stars all around, I wish I could give 6 stars for service, the waitress was great, we ordered the clear soup (which was AMAZING), and she counted it as the complimentary soup with my Bento box, which was very nice. My lady relished the fresh and large chicken and shrimp (her signature Hibachi dish), while i salivated over the rare, steakhouse quality portion in the center of my box, accompanied with fresh sushi, dumplings and more. We both took a box home. The place was welcoming, chill and comfortable, and the service, oh, the service... We will be back!“

The quality of the fish is of the highest quality. I live near Xina and this place crushes that spot. They have toro and king salmon on hand all the time. Not only is the quality of the fish the best the creativity of their rolls is Also the best I’ve ever had. The upstairs portion of the restaurant is small but it’s nice. It’s BYOB which I also like. “We usually order our Chinese from their competition across the street but they are closed for 2 weeks so when we got aki menu in the mail we decided to try it. We ordered the lunch special mixed veggies with pork fried rice and wonton soup and also got an egg roll. The food was excellent. The rice was not dried out and had good flavor. The brown sauce on the veggies had great flavor and the veggies were cooked perfectly. The wonton soup broth had nice flavor and the wonton melted in your mouth. Their prices are much cheaper than their closest competitor. We will definitely be ordering from aki again.“

“Kissui Sushi is a casual, neighborhood sushi place. We always get a warm reception when we walk in. It’s been around for many years. Nowadays it seems a bit quiet and slightly dated but we always enjoy getting a quick, reasonably priced dinner here. The rolls are fresh and I like their salad dressing, it has a great sesame flavor, I prefer it over the orangey ones that other Japanese restaurants serve. The miso soup is full of tofu and seaweed, they certainly don’t skimp on the goodies in the soup. The tempura is lightly fried and yummy.“
