The food is really good but the drinks are on the expensive side.Parking: Tiny parking lot. Try to get in there. We got a ticket for parking on the street with no residential tag. Also, the owner had some visitor tags you can use to avoid getting a ticket non-resident ?“

“After many random nights of trying to walk in and get a seat, we finally managed to get one where we had to wait less than 20 minutes on a Wednesday night. While we waited, the hostess at the front was super nice and led us back to nightmoves(?) next door for a drink and to now wait in the cold. Before we knew it, our table was ready. We sat at the bar. It was packed and the vibe is low key pretentious tbh (from guests, not servers) but the food met the high bar.- warm bread (5/5): everything you want bread and butter to be.- yellowfin tuna (5/5): that sesame crust was bomb. Just a great, unique delicious plate.- salad (4.5/5): refreshing, well balanced- the squid (4.5/5): quite the statement dish. This was actually quite large. Perfectly charred. Didn’t love the type of peppers that accompanied it but overall a very well prepped dish.- ricotta gnudi (5/5): these were pillows of ricotta and I would definitely order this again. Quite rich.- toffee pudding (5/5): save room for dessert! This was surprisingly delicious. Loved the sweet and salty combo. I found myself spooning every last drop of this. The only thing I found slightly disappointing was the wine, honestly the ones tried were good but considering they are known for its wine, I didn’t really find the ones I tried too interesting. Was it worth the wait and effort to come dine here? I gotta say that it was. The food was just very solid and the ambiance felt like I was in someone’s home. Next time, as hard as it can be, I’ll try to make a reservation ahead of time or come again during an off hour.“

“What a fabulous meal we had a Semma. Love the atmosphere with the thatched walls and ceilings, plus for a small restaurant, they really gave ample space between the tables in our section of the restaurant. Service was very warm, informative and attentive.Things we loved:Semma Sour - this is a fabulous drink. Highly recommendGunpowder Dosa - absolutely superb, generous and delicious. Accompanying chutneys were also fantasticLamb app - super savory, delicious little lamb bones in a nice pile really gave the meal a great startLamb shank - incredible. Soft as butter, phenomenal sauce.Stuffed peppers - amazing curry, a real highlight.Did not love the oxtail as it was frankly too fatty so 2 out of 3 bites were literally globs of fat. Not the chef's fault. I think we just misordered and should have opted for a fish dish instead.Would definitely return to Semma. Where we found Masalawala sort of ungenerou in the portions, Semma is more than ample. We look forward to returning if we can ever get a reservation again!“

“OMG! I love this place. I am craving it right now as I write this review.Food:If I could live off of Adjaruli Khachapuri I would. A traditional dish that is open-faced khachapuri with a blended cheese, topped with raw egg. The egg is mixed into the cheese tableside. SOOOO GOOOOD!!!! It was so good that I had one as an appetizer and one for dinner. I also enjoyed Mushroom Khinkali (Georgian Dumplings) - another delicious dish. Lastly, I had one of their spreads - Spinach Pkhali: Spinach, walnut paste, onion, garlic, coriander and topped with Pomegranate Seeds. Super fresh and delicious.Drinks:For cocktails, we had a Sassy Tangarine: Cachaca, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, tangerine, and orange bitters and an Espresso Mama: A rich and indulgent chilled espresso cocktail with Georgian Brandy, Mr. Black, fresh espresso and simple syrup. And then with dinner, I had a flight of their famous wines - I had the Amber Wine Flight - Three different amber wine styles from different grape varieties.Service:The service was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. We sat at the bar and had a great time.Vibe:I loved sitting at the bar. I took a tour around the restaurant and if I sat at a table, I would probably want to sit in the front room or at the bar. This was a great find and I would highly recommend a visit.Date of Visit: 16 March 2024“

“TLDR: Replacing what was The Breslin is now Koloman. This is a very European restaurant. I've only been for lunch but for this level of dining, probably one of the better prefixe menus. I think the focaccia is worth it and for my selections, tartare, schnitzel and strudel.I went through a week of just eating a lot of fancy lunches solo. This day I hit up Koloman as I was curious about their prefixe for awhile.I added the warm pumpkin focaccia and yeah - that was tasty. Definitely rubbed in plenty of oil but it was nicely crispy on the outside but oh so fluffy on the inside. That butter was something else too.For the selections I started with the tartare. Typical french preparation, not too eggy or rich. Adequate acidity and very flavorful.Schnitzel. I wanted to like this a bit more but it was still good. The schnitzel coating was quite thin but maybe the way it was plated on top of each other - it kind of steamed out the coating and it just fell off. I liked the warm potato salad that accompanied it. I still am not a fan of lingonberry but I can appreciate it.Strudle. Very thin layers, tasty but maybe too much powdered sugar for my preference.Overall - I liked the food enough that Id' be back and maybe try some other things on the menu. Standout for me on this meal though? Focaccia, tartare.“

“I start this review at the end: We will be returning to L'accolade for dinner again. I made our reservations on the same night as catching a show after dinner and so, we did not get a bottle from the wine list. The next time we go back, my husband and I have agreed to schedule dinner on it's own so that we may spend a bit more time and have a bottle from the wine list. The wine list is intriguing and electric, with many selections that my husband did not recognize, but is excited to try.I reserved at L'accolade because it was close to the venue where our show was scheduled that night and the restaurant that I first booked had removed duck (my favourite) from their menu. I wasn't sure what to expect exactly, from the online menu I was expecting something quite French, but I thought it would a bit more traditional? We were blown away and so happy I found L'accolade!Entering the restaurant we were greeted in a very professional and knowledgeable staff member, who had a great smile :)The place was hopping - lively music, lots of people having lively conversation and the interior felt like a very like we were about to dine in someone's beloved wine cave.We were seated at one of the best tables in the restaurant, I'm not sure how we got so lucky, this table was perfect for us.The gentleman was taking care of us primarily let us know we arrived at Happy Hour and that the drink specials were still on, so we began with a cocktail. I rarely have gin so opted for the Lavande, which features one of my fav flavour combinations, lavender and lemon and it was the perfect start to my meal. My husband requested a vodka martini on ice with three olives and our gentleman asked he if wanted it dirty - always the sign that someone knows their martinis! My husband answered "A little" and our gentleman knew exactly what was what :DWe greatly enjoyed our cocktails while we made our decisions about our meals. My husband looked over the wine list and was surprised to see many selections he was unfamiliar with, it was decided that if the food was good, we would be back to try a bottle from the wine list.At the perfect moment, the gentleman taking care of us returned to take our food orders and wine for our mains. We were very happy to be informed how each of our mains would be served - both medium rare, which is our preferred cook. I am not sure how others feel about this, but for my husband and I, we were reminded of our recent trip to Paris and take as a sign that the chef is well-trained in the French style. This was a touch that really made us smile, thank you.I had the Hamachi Tartare, it was beautifully presented, balanced, tasted of freshness and just a touch of acidity. I was worried it wouldn't taste right with my cocktail, but it was quite complimentary. My husband opted for the Seared Scallops which looked dramatic and perfect on his plate. He greatly enjoyed them and, of course, loved his martini. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, it reminded us greatly of French service with a friendly American twist. One of the things that stood out to us about the staff is that they genuinely seem to like working here and to also like each other, it's a really great environment to spend time in.Our table was clear and our mains presented in perfect timing and our dinner wine were brought over at exactly the right moment. My husband had the Beef Strip Loin, which included a serving of bone marrow. His plate was dramatic and he loved it. My husband that although he doesn't usually enjoy bone marrow, it was delicious and he finished it all off. We really appreciate the staff member who was attentive enough to realize that my husband needed a spoon without us asking, thank you, thank was very kind.I had the duck. It was the reason that we booked here and it was wonderful - perfectly cooked, the sides were tasty and balanced. It was the kind of duck that I will think about for a long time.We are so happy that we had dinner here and have been talking about it since we visited.“

I've order online frozen items (cookies, pizza, apps etc) before and this was, by far, the best delivery result. Frozen solid, minimal waste and even the GF taramisu I was nervous about experienced no thawing. It was supposed to be for someone else but oops, so good my taste testing went a bit too far. What taramisu?? :) I ordered 3 GF pizzas and have only tried the sausage and mushroom so far. The crust edge was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle while the pizza itself cooked up nicely. I like mine a bit well done and even doing so, the toppings didn't burn. My ONLY complaint was it needed a bit more sauce for my personally liking and because it was fresh and tasty, I wanted more. Maybe a side to dip my crust in?? What? Yes. Great job Kreste!“

Service and food is great, but what impressed me the most was the price. This is a 30-50 not a 50-100 per person. You can check the menu. You don’t have food and 3 drinks in a restaurant and people not necessarily order the most expensive dish in groups. If you like good food at great price this is it. “Cozy, dimly lit wine bar that is inviting. Prices for happy hour are very reasonable, a bottle of red wine costing $44. For nibbles we tried the goat and double cream cow cheese that came with a homemade apricot jam and spicy chutney - both which were very good. We sat at the bar in front of where they were prepping ingredients so got some marcona almonds and a spoonful of their delicious chocolate mousse. Would definitely come back.“

As much as I want to give him a bad review for that time he wrecked my Lego 25 years ago, (still haven’t forgotten Jean) I do have to say this spot is awesome in their service with great wine recommendations, phenomenal food, and pleasant environment.Would strongly recommend for anyone to go. And if you do happen to go, ask for the Chef and let them know Nick hasn’t forgotten and will have his revenge someday.Temperance wine bar - 5 starsChef as a brother - 2.6 stars (…it was a cool Lego)“

“This is easily one of the best dining experiences that I've had in NYC since I moved here eight years ago. Before coming in, I had never had Georgian food before and didn't know what to expect. Every single item was absolutely delicious and the service was even better. I was curious about the amber wine and the server was nice enough to give me a taste before pouring a full glass. Even the Georgian sparkling water was tasty. Not to mention, the actual decor and energy of the restaurant was so great. Everybody in there seemed happy and it was pretty packed for a Wednesday night but still intimate. Before we left, our food was boxed up and we got a handwritten note with our receipt. I'll definitely be back sooner than later!“

“Edit to add- manager quickly responded and refunded my meal. I can’t think of anything more they could’ve done, but that quick response and apology helped me decide to change the experience to 5 stars.Original review: Got seated and waited for 20 minutes at my table. After the first 5-10 minutes had passed, I asked several staff when I’d be waited on, and nobody waited on me. I watched people come in *after* me get waited on, as I continued to be ignored. They did manage to take the extra chair and place setting away from my table, just to remind me I was dining alone (which was tough, since I’m recently widowed and dining alone is difficult enough as it is) - I asked each time who was my server and they looked around and left. I saw someone who looked like a manager walking around, and every so often she looked at me, so I know she knew I was there. How didn’t she notice the menu still sitting on the table? I left because I needed to get going on my day and don’t have all morning to sit and watch wait staff wait on everyone except me - room service was an option. I went back to my room and ordered room service instead, which came relatively quickly, but with missing items (no brown sugar, no regular sugar for my coffee, just fake sweeteners, and a very small container of maple syrup after I had asked for extra (since my kid didn’t want the rum anglaise) - came with a tiny bit in a small creamer container. I called down for more maple syrup (French toast is dry without it), and they said they’d send some to my room. Never. came. The food is great, but the service was non-existent for me in the restaurant, and very poor when needed to fix missing room service items. $21 for French toast should come with better follow up when the restaurant makes a mistake and needs to send more syrup as requested. My $14 oatmeal was bland without any brown sugar. My $7 pot of coffee tasted off with just fake sugar available. Very disappointing experience. I gave three stars since the food is prepared well. This isn’t a kitchen problem, it’s a customer service failure. I can’t remember the last time I was somewhere with service this bad, so I felt compelled to give feedback.“
