“Although it was a take out order. Wait wasn't long and the counter people were all cordial. They knew what I was ordering as well. Since it was specific. So yes they were very accommodating. And as always burgers were good. Not over seasoned.Dietary restrictions: If you are on a carb restricted diet like Keto or Carnivore this is a good place for quick food. Simply ask for however many extra patties and if you want make them with cheese. Figure extra patties are just over a dollar a piece. Makes for a cheap huge meal.“
“Juan's is always a great place for food and friendly service. Juan, his wife. and his "family" of staff are always friendly, helpful, fun, and care about community. Being born and raised in Carson it's a great feeling to see this making a comeback in Carson ❤️❤️“
“Good family neighborhood restaurant in Carson City that was fairly busy on Friday night. We came because there was live music (in the mall seating) which was a lovely diversion. The food was fine (fish was a little oily) and the service was good. It was a nice touch that the owner came around twice to check if we were OK. The flavored sodas were off the menu, so the bar staff made me a custom virgin mojito. The wine portions were generous“
“Came here to shoot pool with some work friends. Service was more than adequate, food was freaking fantastic (the coconut shrimp), ironically not listen on the menu option below, and the pool tables were coin op to play. The tables are adequate with moderately worn felt, but no dead bumpers, so it was still fun. Bartenders were cool, served drinks but weren’t too pushy in asking how we were doing.“
“We had a good experience for our anniversary. We had the hot cheese bread that took 15 minutes to cook but was still cold inside. It was delicious but I didn't eat it all. We had a very expensive dinner, it was the ribeye with a cheese lava on top of french fries with veggies. The flavor was amazing but the cut of meat was very fatty, and the cheese sauce made the fries soggy. The description sounded better than the dish actually was.I would love to go back and try a different meal. Over all it was $$$ for 2 people.“
“Finally came in to see what the hype was about when they first opened. Parking lot had spaces available considering this is located in a strip mall. There was a door that we past that wasn't the front door so we continued until we got to the front door only to realize that the way the line was formed, the other door would have been a better door to enter through. There was probably 5 people ahead of me but the line went by fast. Purchased the Jerome's Nashville Chicken Sandwich which is extra spicy and a chicken grilled-cheese, along with 2 fries and 2 drinks. I asked if they could cut the sandwich, which they did and provide an extra container knowing we were splitting the sandwich. 2 meals totaled just over $31! They also have a screen to leave a tip which is now becoming the norm for most fast food places. Though I do like they have a custom option and the other options start at 10%, I'm getting sick of places asking for 15-20% tip when you walk to a counter, pick up your own food and no one is actually serving you. This place has a lot of sitting room. Also surprising is that it has a full bar in the back! Our Jerome's chicken sandwich was good but nothing more. It was a normal size chicken sandwich which for some reason I was expecting an oversize chicken sandwich since it's called Big Chicken. The chicken grill cheese was a bigger sandwich because it is served on sourdough bread. My daughter said it was pretty good. The fries were a generous amount. You have the option of multiple dipping sauces. Looks like they do have an employee that goes around and wipe down the tables pretty quickly after someone leaves. I guess they have to so people coming in have a place to sit. Even though it's a 4 star rating, for $31 plus tip, I don't think we will go again. Too many other options around town for less money for a lunch time meal. If you haven't been, I would still recommend going at least once and check it out for yourself.“
“Our experience was very nice. Wait-help couldn’t have been better. Good menu, good prices and great taste. No issues what so ever. You’re not going to a million dollar eatery, so don’t expect to have a handmaiden at your feet. Awesome with your waiter and waitresses. Thanks“
“Wow. If I lived close by I would come here everyday, not just for the amazing food but the wonderful hospitality. It really does feel like you’re tucked away in a small cozy corner of the world shielded from society, just enjoying some bangin’ Indonesian food. Chef Tee Jay made me a sambal and it was the best I’ve had in the US after 4 years. Other customers are always talking within themselves that this place feels just like “home cooked food” and they’re right, everything tastes like it’s made with love. Please try the Indonesian Pot Roast!!“
