“We ordered the baby gem salad, scallops, ribs, lamb chops, deviled eggs, Mac and cheese, and frites. Would ordered everything again every single time. If I had to pick a favorite bite - it was probably the scallops, but that feels rude to the ribs. I don't see how you could go wrong here. All of the drinks and food were truly wonderful, as was the service! I love the vibe of the restaurant it felt intimate, well curated, and nicer for the area yet casual enough for jeans. Highly recommend making a reservation for Bite!“

“Excellent food and well presented. Staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the escargot and ahi appetizers. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly. It was a very casual place with a laid back sort of feel and a short walk from the Hyatt hotel. Highly recommend to anyone visiting incline village.“

“The service was great! They are so kind! The juices, oh my goodness so fresh! The veggie sandwich and with added turkey was huge!! Wish this wasn’t our last day of vacation because it would have definitely been a go to for us more than once!“

“We ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas and a salad for pick up. The cauliflower crust was not an option on the online menu so submitted the order verbally via phone. I figured the cauliflower crust would cost more but I almost fell over when picked up the pizza and told it was $71! Really not sure why I didn't just walk out and tell them to stick the pizza. At this crazy price, I expected an exceptional pizza however, it was anything but. First of all, it was NOT cauliflower pizza crust! Second, it was cold and the crust was hard, with very little sauce. Extremely disappointing.... pass on this overpriced garbage!“
“We stopped into Susie's with a large group of kids and adults so that we could have dessert! We were very impressed with the delicious ice cream options, waffle cones, and the friendly and prompt service. The biscotti ice cream was amazing, and the kids loved the bubble gum ice cream. Pints available to go in what appeared to be almost all of their flavors. This place is definitely worth a stop!“

“Awesome place!! Great staff, delicious food!“
“Sierra Café is located on the lower level of Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort. Breakfast is served between 7-11:30 am and lunch is served between 12-3:30 pm. They do not serve dinner. The café has a good amount of tables with an outdoor area facing the resort pool. We didn't have any problem getting a table at around 9:00 am ish but they do get busy. We had breakfast here both mornings while staying at the Resort. They have all your basic breakfast items from eggs, omelets, pancakes, bacon and waffles. Everything we had was delicious. The pancake and omelet was probably my favorite. The breakfast buffet is only available on the weekend.Excellent service. The servers are attentive, friendly and professional.“

“The food, service and atmosphere were all wonderful. My family loved it. My kids especially loved the breakfast menu available at dinner, I loved the Ortega chile burger - not too spicy and bursting with fresh flavor. Portions were huge. Highly recommend.“

“Beautifully decorated restaurant/steak house! It feels like you are inside a very fancy lodge or cabin which is the vibe we were looking for as we wanted a fancy night to end our ski trip to Lake Tahoe. The service was great! The sommelier stopped by to pour our wine and didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive bottle which we appreciated it. Instead she walked us through the bottle we ordered. I really dislike pushy sells people so I really enjoyed that. The food was expensive which we knew going in but it was delicious! The martini was well made and my steak was amazingly perfectly cooked with tons of flavors. Not pictured is the asparagus, au gratin potatoes which were outstanding. The deserts were delicious but the baked Tahoe was beautifully presented! Great "treat your self" restaurant!“

“What a wonderful cafe along the east coast of Lake Tahoe. My mango cashew chicken wrap was EXCELLENT. My husband had a turkey club wrap which he said was great also. The owner John came over to check on us & he was so warm & inviting. He sat down to chat for awhile & tell us about the area. This place is a gem. You won't be disappointed. Plus - free coffee :) OH-the cinnamon donut was warmed - yum - a scoop of vanilla ice cream would have elevated it even higher, if possible.“

“I wish i took some photos of the food but it was so good i inhaled it. So accommodating for vegans. Not sure what some of these bad reviews are about. Some of the best spicy eggplant I’ve had. Pad thai was also stellar. Definitely check this place out!Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options!“

“Service was great! The two servers and solo host were very busy taking care of the entire place by themselves. It’s not easy to bus and serve. Not sure why temps were taken on the eggs as none of them came out consistent. IMO no need to even stress taking temps because it’s not the Four Seasons.Poached eggs are the easiest when understood how to execute in high volume. Boil with water and vinegar mixture and separately hold them aside in a warm water bath. A sous vide can keep a regulated low temp. Every poached egg will be perfect. Chef was probably having a hard day, might have been solo as well (bless that persons soul). as everything on the plate seemed cold in different sections. Hot sausage, cold eggs, crispy hot (very delicious) potatoes, cold soggy eggs benni.Great spot. Just needs to tighten up some aspects.“
