Great menu great food never a problem Dinner was a completely different experience by a waitress that needs to learn MORE etiquette and experience. Service from our waitress was absolutely horrible. Husband ordered the salmon and received cod -order came out completely wrong. He doesn't even like cod. Plus Cod was cold, old and tasteless. He ate 1 small piece and left the rest. Very disappointed. We were credited $4 I asked for my salad dressing on the side -that didn't happen. I didn't say anything I just didn't eat it. It was drenched. We barely finished eating- she gave us the bill-stood by our table and wanted payment now. We both felt like we were being rushed. I told her to give me a few minutes but she waited at our table side and handed me the machine to put my card in which I didn't even have out yet. “I heard about Jet Cafe from a fellow Yelp Elite and had to come check it out! It was hard to find at first, it is tucked away inside Pitch Black Printing. The shop is further east on 4th street than the brewery district, it's an area I don't go to very often and would not have just stumbled upon this placed if it was not for Yelp. This is primarily a print shop but also has a coffee shop in the corner of the main gallery room! The guy working told us the coffee shop has been there for about 2 years now. They had a big empty space in that corner of the shop, so figured why not make it a little coffee spot! They have a sign on the register that says all their drinks are made with oat milk! That's what I tend to get anyway, so it was nice to have it included without an additional charge. However, people that want regular milk might be disappointed by that. I got the Red Vanilla Latte because I wanted to try something unique! I was told up front that this drink does not have caffeine, but I was fine with that. It's actually made out of rooibos tea! I enjoyed trying something different and thought it was refreshing! The iced coffee only comes in one size, it was a bit on the smaller side but still felt like enough for me. The prices were pretty standard for a coffee shop. My friend and I enjoyed hearing about the print shop business and checking out some of the art in their gallery. I like the exposed brick, high ceilings, and state of Nevada shaped tables on the inside! There's plenty of parking in the lot outside. No outdoor patio seating but pretty spacious inside. I'm happy I got to try another local coffee shop and hope other people will realize they are here so they can come show some support!“

I was there early, before the brunch rush.The barista was helpful in answering my questions, and the ham and cheese croissant was delicious.Several people were working on laptops and more people came in as I worked and ate my breakfast. It was pretty busy by 10:15 when I left.The only reason the atmosphere gets 4 out of 5 stars is because several of the tables are very close to each other and made it possible for me to hear everyone's conversations in a 6 foot radius.“

Another waitress did nothing but refills, so we never had less than a half cup of coffee. We'd barely ordered and the food arrived. Everything was very good. They sell whole beans here with organic and fair trade options and a station to grind them. I ordered the chile relleno benedict and substituted the potatoes for fruit. The benedict was perfect. I was getting emotional as I wolfed it down. The fruit was fresh and sweet; bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and cantaloupe.“

Once I saw the gelato I was sold, I sampled a few (cute mini metal spoons, sustainable?) then settled on Bart’s Revenge which was peanut butter & butterfinger & salted caramel. I got the double which was a huge portion - next time I’d go single. We asked the gal serving some questions and turns out she makes the gelato and I believe is the owner! Sweet and delightful and locally owned, they support local farmers and dairies. I will come back for the espresso float, some day“
