I ordered pizza for pickup from Roberta's pizzeria through the app on a Thursday night. The app estimated a 40-minute wait, but we ended up waiting for well over an hour in total. The staff didn't apologize or acknowledge the delay, which was disappointing. I have not been to the Bushwick or Midtown locations, but the pizzas and salads are very good. Service is great and there is also a kid’s menu, which we found ok. One of our lunch places when we go to Domino’s park.

The pizza dough was good but was not as crispy as I thought New York pizza would be. Waiting is long without reservations but there are nice bars around to hang and wait. It is situated in an industrial area and the view was quite nice.
