“This place! My husband and I decided to try this place since it was walking distance from a great local brewery. We had no idea it was plant based until we arrived and actually read the menu. From the wings, to the burgers and the carrot cake! I mean this place was incredibly fantastic! We are not even vegan/vegetarian!! 10 stars because 5 isn’t enough!“

“The best authentic Mexican food in the capital district, hands down. Birria quesadillas and chicken taco salad, the best al pastor tacos, the best carne asada tacos! The only think I would say is the carne asada entree was terrible. Just a plain steak- no marinade, no seasoning. Sadz. Excellent service every time I am there or call in an order. “VFGS is my Thursday place to be for lunch with an old friend. The atmosphere is welcoming and eclectic; there is always new and interesting merchandise to peruse. But...the food is what always brings us back...oat milk chai, lemon scones, chocolate chip sea salt cookies and the breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage...and chicken salad and soups that change weekly and are all delicious! The staff is friendly and efficient and remembers your name and your preferences. A hidden jewel in our community that I am so grateful for!“

“This is such a charming farm country store in Burnt Hills. Not only is the atmosphere inviting, but the selection of items makes it well worth the visit. While here, I was able to satisfy multiple impulses at once. I was able to find some delicious almong cookies with raspberry jam, maple cream, honey almond handsoap, and several candles that smell absolutely AMAZING.What I like aside from the great variety of items that they sell is the QUALITY. If you have a tendency to grasp as Shiney objects, you'll find quite a few here. But I can assure you that you most definitely get what you pay for. Their baked goods are unlike anything I've purchased at a country store before, and they have certainly gained my future patronage as a result.The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome, which was a surprise being a NYC native, where everyone is on guard. “Wife and I were in the area for an overnight stop on a road trip and craving some Vietnamese food. We couldn't have been happier with Saigon Spring! “Went to Ripe Tomato tonight for dinner and was not disappointed. Starting with their bread which I couldn't stop eating. I had the special Pasta Milano and it was so good I wish I hadn't eaten all that bread. The others in our party ordered veal parm and seafood FraDiablo which were OK but nothing special. Our waitress was great and the atmosphere is a little loud but not deafening. If you haven't been give it a try and enjoy. Suggest you make reservations of you go on weekend.“

I was a little nervous about the rose lassi because it is very easy for rose to be overpowering, but it was perfect! I’m really happy to have a fast casual Indian option nearby.“

“My favorite place for lunch! The veggie goat-cheese sconewich is my go-to, and I love pairing it with a fresh salad and the lemon crepe for dessert. The portions are excellent, and everything is delicious! Such a wide variety of food & drinks for all to enjoy. The place is on the smaller side, so I'd recommend getting there by 11:30 a.m. for lunch to minimize your chances of a wait. But, this place really is worth the wait!“

“Healthy blends is just delicious. From their juices, smoothies, and toast. The owner is amazing and always welcoming with a big smile. My favorite so far is the Citrine juice and she knows I love beets so she added that with lemon and ginger! Highly recommend the Avo-Glaze Toast!“

“It's been overdue for me to rate this place, honestly! The frozen yogurt quality and options are wonderful, and the quality of the toppings are always great. It's so nice to be able to get fruit topping that's actually fresh and not either mushy or heavily preserved in a sauce.Bonus points for having airy whipped cream and not cool whip. Nothing against cool whip, but I don't really care for the texture of it on my soft serve or my yogurt.The only thing I recommend is checking the hours before you stop over. I have had times where I try to stop in after dinner only to find they're closed. They aren't a late night location, and you may be tight on time to stop over for a post-meal dessert. Summer hours are a tiny bit later if I recall, so you may have better luck with a night time dessert pit stop in the June-August months.But all the same, I recommend the stop. The price is great (it's by your bowl's weight, so it's ultimately up to you), the food quality is lovely, and it's a nice, calm atmosphere and a very clean store.“

I'm not sure if it was because I ordered the food later in the day or not, but they weren't very good.Pad thai - I guess it was my mistake to order pad thai from a sushi place. It was some of the worst pad thai I've had. Couldn't even finish it.“

“to the people commenting on the lack of ambiance...? i think it is fine. for me the music is "ambient" enough, along with the lovely wall mural, and photos showing what the food is....not to mention the collection of both holly AND "bolly"wood stars and starlets, adorning a back side wall. the dining area is always SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, and the bathroom shines. they keep the prices very reasonable, which is a HUUGE plus for me. the food is always great, fresh, and tasty, not to mention a lot healthier than the traditional american diet. staff is attentive. i never felt they "watch to see how many dishes you take", as someone suggested. they are likely making sure people get FRESH plates with every visit to the steam tables., since this is actually a restaurant/buffet health law...i have never ever, once felt like they wanted to "rush" me out. they are always very welcoming and accommodating.. “Not only does Grano have amazing food, but their customer service is also fantastic! I went there recently before a show at Proctors, and unfortunately the kitchen was a little behind, and we did not have enough time to eat. When leaving Proctors, our server was waiting outside the theater to give us our food to take home. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back soon!“

I was just a little disappointed with the menu choices, nothing seemed to jump out as something any of us really wanted to eat.
