“I absolutely love the bakery at Port Royal! The cakes are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and they taste just as amazing as they look. While I can’t speak much on the food from the restaurant side, the bakery truly stands out.

The baker was incredibly kind and provided excellent customer service—unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she made the experience even better. For a Jamaican restaurant/bakery, the warmth and friendliness she showed were refreshing. I’ll definitely be back for more sweet treats!“

“I enjoyed dining here because the service was great. I had an issue with the payment issue which was a life lesson. Because the restaurant was green, they used a paperless menu and payment method. The next time I visit, I will input my credit card number and CVC number to check out to receive my order without issues and security glitches from contactless payment methods. The manager went above and beyond courteousness and friendliness. He was a true professional. He sat with me to ensure that my issue was resolved but I refused to have the meal on the house because service like what I experienced deserved paying for the meal. I would dine in again at this restaurant and gladly recommend ? this restaurant to anyone who wants a bite to eat before boarding and while waiting

“We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. “Authentic Italian food and atmosphere in Astoria. We dined on a weekend evening, the restaurant was quite busy, but Valerio and the team were very kind and welcoming, and they accommodated us with short waiting. The ravioli were well cooked (al dente) and tasted delicious! We also tried their tiramisu and it was spectacular! The whole time we spent there we felt as we were in Italy, definitely recommended!“
