My kids couldn’t decide which donut to pick. Eventually we decided on the sprinkles o’ sprinkles, Samoa, cheesecake, lovely lemon and Maine blueberry. All were delicious and artisan! I also had a butterscotch latte and it was yummy.3 guys were working and all were very friendly and seemed to be enjoying working.We originally planned to eat there but unfortunately there is very little seating. “Jacob Alejandro is *the* perfect coffee spot. It’s a very well thought out establishment. I love the unique curated flavors and that they don’t use your typical flavor shots. I’ve branched out and tried so many flavors in my coffee and was pleasantly surprised with every single one of them. Sure you can save a few dollars and get cheaper coffee other places. I walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady, asked I'd there was a menu and before she could answer it was right in front of me. I asked about the chicken sandwich, but I really wanted a BLT. Had some great conversations with the staff while I waited. My BLT was FANTASTIC, the bread was toasted perfectly, a good bacon to tomato ratio, and a side of chips. Very nice light breakfast. The game selection is by far the largest I've seen, everything from "family game night" type games like Sorry up to the more complex and strategic games. The Buffalo Chicken MAC was truly incredible!!! Might have been the best Mac I've had. The texture and ratio of Mac to chicken to cheese cracker was divine. If you need something last minute for a potluck definitely grab the Mac, they have a cauliflower version too. A solid portion at a fair price. Fantastic Oolong tea, though a bit too hot. This will most certainly become my 3rd place and can't wait to go back!“

I have tried several flavors, throughout the past month, but I especially enjoy their strawberry milk tea -- so flavorful, and little chunks of strawberry. Personally, I find that double tapioca better aligns the rate of boba consumption with the rate of tea consumption, so that they both run out at the same time. While the cost per drink is more than I paid at my previous favorite bubble tea store, the quality here is worth the small increase in price.“

The roast promises juicy hints of plum and raspberry, and while it doesn't quite hit the juicy mark, it definitely gets points for being fruity-delicious... The reason why it doesn't hit the juicy sweet spot is that I'm not desiring more.... I've since tried their cortado, espresso with an equal amount of milk to reduce acidity, and a large cup of their house blend drip coffee, black, no sugar. The cortado was on point, it was only my second time having one. It was very mellow and flavorful. The house blend is my new favorite, right here in downtown Troy, a 15 minute walk from my place. The blend is nutty and smooth, as advertised, and has a slow-sip-worthy bittersweet aftertaste, which I love...“

My sister said her friend's friend runs this shop and the friend loves them, so I decided to give them a try after picking up some cheesecake in the area. Service was SO friendly! I had no idea what I wanted to order since there were so many options! The lady who helped me advised me on the most popular shakes, and I ultimately went with brownie since she said it wasn't overly sweet. She was right. It was perfect! As for the tea, again, too many options for me, so I asked her to just make me whatever and surprise me. She made me a pink lady and I was not disappointed at all! As I taking a pic of my drink, the person in line after me asked what I got and ordered it too! Definitely will be returning the next time I'm in town! Total came out to be less than $11 for both drinks! She said the shakes are only $6.50 each. I was so surprised. I was expecting to spend at least $8 on the shake alone!“

“Horrible experience. The manager was attending drive thru. I first tried to tell him the drive thru code to earn points, he hard time to accept it. Then I created the order myself and tried to give him the drive thru order code, he again had hard time accepting it. Then he instructed me to come to the pickup window. I showed him the order code and he still kept on telling me that the code is not in the system and instructed me to come inside. I then changed the order pickup method to "counter" and picked-up the order without any issues.All I could think is that the manager may be untrained. What a shame!!!“
