“If you love caesar salad like I do, you HAVE to go here during the open season. Their caesar salad incorporates dill into their home made caesar dressing and it is delicious beyond words. The croutons are made of toasted croissants. I mean, do I really need to say more about how insanely wonderful these salads are?! I have never craved salad before in my life until I tried this one. Every year I look forward to my trips to Montauk and the highlight of the trip is always my meal at the gig shack. There is nothing like it!“

“Five out of five all around, the food is tasty and fresh, the outdoor patio is perfect and the staff was great. My favorite has been the beer-battered fish bowl, it’s really a must try! Kids loved the burritos and lemonade, highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: The patio is great for little ones, they offer high chairs, and can accommodate the menu to simple rice and beans or chicken for those little ones that are still careful about trying new foods. My older son loves the burritos just asks that they hold the pico!“
