“I’ve always wanted to try this place and it did not disappoint. We got the dip spinner and a few extras recommended by our wonderful waiter, Zorbey. Also the off-menu chicken on the spitter was perfect for our group of 6. Affordable as well!“
“The best authentic Lebanese food in NYC. A must-try. All there food is fresh and delicious and very generous quantities. Their Shawarma is soooo good, you can eat it in bowl or a sandwich with lots of yummy toppings. I also tried their falafel and it was super good!“
“Went here to celebrate my birthday yesterday and the place was busy! They were a little delayed on our table for our reservation but the maitre d went above and beyond to make sure our party of 8 enjoyed the experience despite the wait! We were offered wine on the house, a complimentary birthday shot of tequila, as well as another round for the table! The vibe at this place was beyond expectations. Our group’s ages ranged from 39-57 and not a single person was disappointed. We did the prefixed menu which was so much food. We left with several containers to take home!Overall, I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again soon!!“
“I had dinner at Lashevet restaurant last week. The food was outstanding! I had octopus for an appetizer and salmon for a main course. It was delicious ! The humus was blended with beats and was absolutely delicious! I have never tried anything like that before! I had Basbousa St Germain cake for desert. It was to die for! And then they gave me tea with ginger, lime, mint and honey. I had an incredible evening and delicious dinner! The ambiance in the restaurant was very relaxing after a hard day at work. I will definitely be back and this time for both dinner and breakfast that I hear has incredible deserts.“
“Had the pleasure of dining at this fine establishment with three of my closest friends. Not only was the atmosphere welcoming, staff lovely, but the food was delicious. Perfect place to catch up with loved ones, while simultaneously enjoying homemade stuffed grape leaves or hummus. Will be back. Thank you!“
“My visit to the restaurant was a fantastic experience! The stunning decor set an impressive stage right from the start, which was nicely complemented by the polite reception from the hostess. Being seated at a corner table offers a bit more privacy and comfort, which seems to have added to my experience .Golden, the waitress, clearly made a memorable impact with her excellent service—taking the time to explain the menu details thoroughly . the food not only tasted good but was also visually appealing, which is a testament to the kitchen's attention to detail.Managers Michele / nickname (Miki) really show the difference that dedicated leadership can make in hospitality. His efforts to check in on my table and even take the time to show us the rooftop illustrate a commitment to guest satisfaction that goes above and beyond.Overall, my review highlights is that this restaurant doesn't just serve food but creates an enjoyable and memorable dining experience through attentive service and personal touches. This place definitely seems worth recommending!I'll be backKaren“
“First time at this location (usually go to the one on Bleeker) and loved how spacious it is! Staff is friendly, food is great, and they have a nice assortment of pantry goods. The labneh is one of my favorites, and even better when you put some Sumac on top. The Fatayer is my go to, nice flavors and spices.“
“It's so fun to eat food with your hands, and although the triangle folded up isn't the most practical shape for that, it still works. The vegan spinach is the best! Order to go or squeeze around one of the tables here. The desserts are phenomenal. Watch the steps on the way out!“
“I think they have a fantastic menu. Very healthy fast food I would qualify it because the time you spend there to be serve and eat makes it really comfortable and convenient if you are on the go. I love the quality of the food, I tried the falafel bowl, with the unlimited topics. The food was properly seasoned and tasty. I am moving on to be vegan so it's a relief to know new places like this where I can still eat without worrying about hidden surprises. Definitely I will be back and keep growing!“
“Went here for a solo date night alone. The food portions were generous and delicious. I got the chicken touk, the kunafa. The kunafa is a must try (though I took more than half home). The drink I got, passion project, was incredible as well.“
“Naya @ Moynihan Train Hall is my favorite Naya location ! Love their Shawarma chicken & roasted cauliflower. Order ahead for pick up & it’s always fresh & ready for me to grab & catch my train. Also, unlike other “salad” places, Naya has unlimited toppings that’s included in the price !! You can’t beat that perk, exotic flavors & it’s healthy !!!“
“Beautiful restaurant, and we really enjoyed the quaint casual vibe of the space. Truly delicious food--the hummus was so smooth. The staff were all friendly and well-versed in the menu. We'll definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Clearly labeled vegan dishes.“
“We ordered falafel on a plate and a tortilla with shawarma, it was really tasty and satisfying.I liked that there is a variety and everyone can put together their dish as they like it.good price!$28 per couple includes two bottles of water.Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Anyone can put together the meal the way they like it, vegetarians have rice, cauliflower, falafel, vegetables and a variety of sauces and you can put together a delicious and satisfying plate“
“Food is always tasty and ready in no time. Today I decided to go and order there instead of ordering online. Turns out it’s faster. There was a long line went I got there but it moved really fast. The workers are very efficient! And to my surprise the is no tip jar or tip option while paying for your order. Hey Naya your workers deserve tips!! I’m sure many people like me would gladly give extra in return to their effective cordial service :)“
“Tasty, healthy and reasonably priced food can be hard to come by in Manhattan. Naya is one of best in these regards! I pickup lunch from them about once a week and they always have my order ready when promised and usually someone helping me find my order which is great!Dietary restrictions: I’m vegan and can find quite a few things to eat here. Vegans have to go with the ruby rice and have to avoid the baba ganoush, which is unfortunate because baba ganoush is usually vegan and one of my favorites!y“
“Ordered on their website for pick up - super convenient! There was someone at the pick up register to help me expedite the order. Clean space, decent amount of seating, but low side tables (along wall) so not as ergonomic. Will def be back! Great pita! Got the beef sharwna, baba goulash, veggie toppings, and feta“
“Amazing place! I went last night and the food was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh and so flavorful. I got a chicken shawarma bowl and it was so authentic. Everyone was so welcoming. As we were eating, the owner came and even provided us with lemonade and dessert on the house! Such a great experience and looking forward to going again soon.“
“I order here with my Naya app at leas once a week because the food is healthy and tasty. I always use the reorder option but one time I selected the wrong store. I suggest the Naya app bypass store selection when reorder so I don't make mistake on selecting the wrong store. I met Mery, I think she is the supervisor because she appeared to be go-to-person when her co-workers encounter problems. Mery was very friendly, customer-oriented, just know how to handle problems, and kudo to her for fixing my mistake.“
“NAYA is the most popular spot in the Brookfield food court.Customers: be patient, the staff is obviously working hard to meet demand. If you’re picking up in the side hallway, be conscious of not blocking the hall.NAYA mgmt: give your staff a raise! Open a 2nd location nearby.“
“Absolutely loved this place! The food's tasty, and you get to mix stuff like babaganuch, feta, and hummus without feeling guilty. Plus, you can throw in a bunch of extra ingredients. Prices? Totally fair. Definitely worth checking out if you're into Middle Eastern food and like to make your meal just how you want it.Service friendly and clean.“
“Love the chicken shawarma here! There's unlimited toppings available and I asked them to put them all in my rice bowl so I can try all the veggies and sauces! It's really good and comes with pita bread as well so you can make your own little taco wrap! Yum!“
“My favorite chain for a quick, healthy and satisfying meal. I love falafel, it's one of my top comfort food, so any place that offers nice falafels gets thumbs up from me. For less than $12, you get 5~6 large falafels, one choice of hummus (I picked mushroom hummus this time) plus two substantial sides (beat-root salad and babaganoush this round), and your choice of toppings and sauce. Oh and a warm pita bread too. I could barely finish everything. The place is clean and orderly, the waiting staff friendly and efficient - they have to be, coz there was a long line of lunch rush customers.“
“The food is great but the service is spectacular. Every time i come to this particular location in Union Square the service is exceptional. They have the best staff with excellent customer service skills.pVegetarian options: Salad, cauliflower, falafel, feta cheese, pickles, olives, rice.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp outside.“
“Update:There was a miscommunication about a pickup order I made over the phone. Naya reached out to me and made everything right. I felt they really cared about my experience as a customer and the level of service they try to provide. Happy to see some companies still care. Will be ordering here again“
“I walked in during the lunch rush and the line was out the door. I thought about leaving, but my wife needed falafel (and she’s much scarier than any line). To my amazement I was through the line and had our food in hand in under five minutes. The folks they have on the assembly line are pros! Generous portions, great food (go ahead and get alllll the veggies), and lunch for two for a measly 20-ish bucks?! This place rules! It 100% deserves the long line.Vegetarian options: Great falafel and cauliflower shawarma options!“
“Tangy heaven. I am Lebanese and idk I think lemon is the secret ingredient to every dish we have. Au Zatar's baba ganoosh was the best I ever had in my life hands down. It was tangy it was tender it was divine. The makanek was really good. I don't know if I would get it again but I do think if you like sausage, it's a good choice. The fattet djaj was also a win. I would eat that regularly -- it's a warm and tart and creamy delight. The chicken is tender and cooked well. Ambiance was on the upscale end and service was amazing.“
