This place far exceeded expectations! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. SO GOOD. If you are at this airport, this is where you have to eat! (We were at the Newark airport.)
was craving soup and a taste of something local for lunch during our unexpected time I. la Guardia. Beecher's menu offered a variety of items made with the local cheeses as well as some blocks of cheese you could take home as a souvenir. I got the Flagship, basil, and tomato sandwich. I really liked the cheese and bread, but hardly any tomato. I waited a while and then someone else took my sandwich by accident. When I told them, they said they would get right on it. It was still taking a while and my flight was doing final boarding call, so I left.
