Prices are pretty much all the same. There is ample seating space so you can stop for a few minutes and enjoy your purchase. There is street parking. There may be a parking lot but they seem to share it with another business. Did not want to take the chance and park there just in case.“

I always order on the app so I rarely come in contact with the employees but I do enjoy getting free beverages and if I want something extra the employees always make sure to get it right! One thing I didn’t like and was disappointed by was their munchkin glazed donuts. I had gotten them on a Saturday early afternoon & they weren’t fresh at all! “I have been a loyal customer of this location for going on 5 years. I know everyone well. They greet my kids by name. I've never had an issue until today which makes me really sad. I went in and asked for 3 orders of the $2 egg and cheese wraps. I ordered a large coffee, 2 hash browns, a cup of chocolate donut balls and 1 coffee roll. However I was literally only given 3 count egg and cheese wraps. Not 6. The cashier made a mistake. I ended up going back as I live across the street. I explained this to them and instead of them acknowledging their mistake, they rang me up for 3 more egg and cheese wraps. I don't expect free. But since this was a mistake on their end, I believed that they should have corrected it by making the 3 without charging me. I spent just under $17. I love this location but very unhappy about today.“
“I recently visited Drunken Donuts and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed to be in a rush and ended up losing my order. When I asked them about it, they mumbled their responses. However, the drinks were as great as usual, so that was a positive aspect of the visit. Overall, I would say that the staff at Drunken Donuts could use some improvement in their customer service skills, but the quality of the drinks is still worth trying out.“

“Needed myself some iced coffee so I came to this Dunkin since it was on my way. Ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and extra mocha. I had an offer on the Dunkin app so it was only $2!! I watched the girl make my coffee and when she went to pour the mocha, nothing came out. I don't think she noticed cause she still gave it to me but when I said something and she looked at it she realized. Lol! She added the mocha and all was great after that. Their mocha is so good!! Wish I could drink one of their iced coffees every day!!The only other thing is that because she had to fix the coffee, it became a bit messy on the top. It kept dripping a bit from the top but it was fine. Put some napkins around it and I was good to go. A few mishaps but I'd go back to this location. My coffee was delicious and the people were very nice. No complaints.“

“I stop in here from time to time to grab one of those caramel espresso drinks that I probably shouldn't be drinking lol But once in a while when work is tough- you need a boost! I love the fact that they are 24 hours. That's extremely helpful for someone who works the night shift. The staff is always friendly and prompt with the orders. I also end up getting breakfast sandwiches here sometimes which are always tasty. Oh also- I've gotten many icecream cakes from here which are always good too! Another good thing about this location- they have a parking lot out front. It's not very large but people are constantly coming in and out of it so you get a spot fast. It's very helpful since it's located on busy northern Blvd. You can't go wrong with this location if you want to stop and get some coffee or have breakfast. It was cringe to see how poorly they worked and how long it took them to get the line moving. I just wanted to take my grandparents some ice cream which took 30 mins. The table was dirty.“

Prices are, of course, higher than outside of airport Dunkins have, but not too high as I was expecting. The service was a little on the slower side, even though there was only 1 order in front of us.This Dunkin is located on the 2nd floor of Terminal 1 (departures) , the food court level.There are plenty of tables here. When we came, the area wasn't busy (it was around noon in a weekday).“
