“We cannot say enough about our experience at Pepe and Lela’s tonight. We almost cancelled because of the snow but thankfully we didn’t because it was one of the best meals we have had in a very long time. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food is all house-made, authentic and absolutely delicious. Our server, Amanda was literally the best. She was friendly, engaging, funny, knowledgeable and so accommodating. It is so refreshing to go out for a meal and enjoy every minute of the entire experience. Everyone should try this gem- you won’t be disappointed.”

Marta was there for us for the whole dinner right when we needed her. Cooks killed it.”

Even the bread and butter were exceptionally phenomenal—a simple yet telling detail of the kitchen’s commitment to quality. For mains, the halibut was perfectly tender, the rack of lamb with scallops rich and flavourful, and the filet mignon flawlessly cooked with a peppercorn sauce that was absolute perfection. Each dish showcased precision and top-quality ingredients, all complemented by a bold, complex 2013 Brunello Monticiano. A silky crème brûlée and expertly crafted Spanish coffees was the ultimate indulgence to finish this exceptional meal. The atmosphere and ambiance was intimate and classy. But let’s talk about the FOOD! Ugh! I splurged and tried the certified A5 Kobe, and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly buttery, tender, and perfectly cooked to temp, I couldn’t get enough. We’ve been to Japan and had A5 Kobe and Wagyu, and this was right up top with the cuts we had there. The sides were nothing short of phenomenal! We also had the sushi assortment with maki, nigiri and sashimi and it was mouth watering. I wish we lived right next door to this place, but I guess it’s better for my wallet that we don’t. If you’re considering eating here, DO IT!”

The waitress who works here, I don’t know her name, but she is absolutely amazing. She is just THE sweetest person you’ll ever meet. She restores my faith in humanity everytime I come here. The food is always incredible, always tasty, fresh and full of flavour. There’s a handful of vegan options, the onion bhajis are my absolute favourite and I have the utmost faith and trust in Prince Of India when it comes to the knowledge of food restrictions, they ask how spicy you want your dish (mild, medium or spicy) and they really do give great sized portions. You even get a discount on your meal when you dine in, which is such a nice bonus. I recommend Prince Of India to everyone I talk to, quite literally. If you’re looking for authentic food, and even further, authentic people, this is the place.”

I wanted to commend the employees that were working the drive-thru today. I drove through with my wife and dog in the car. The employee asked if our dog likes Timbits, which he does, and I told the employee yes. The employees then gave us a bag of four plain Timbits for our dog! I would love to see more of this friendly kind of interaction at Tim Hortons! I did not catch the employees names, but they deserve a raise or award at least!”

“My husband and I were on the highway when he developed the urgent NEED for a peameal sandwich. It happens. Google showed we were 7 mins away from a place called The Windmill Restaurant…. And as luck would have it, peameal was on the menu. A short detour and sweet in-restaurant experience later, we are both enjoying 10/10 peameal sammies! Each has a soft, buttered bun, perfectly toasted. A generous number of peameal slices! We added sharp cheddar and grilled onions. Literally perfect — no notes. We continue on our journey, now with great satisfaction.”

“First time visiting from Mississauga, we came in on a Monday evening for the special menu to celebrate the birthday of a very dear friend who has very serious Celiacs. We were especially excited to be able to share a dinner out with her wjere she could have her pick of the exclusive gluten-free menu...... Every single thing we ordered was absolutely incredible.
We enjoyed the dusted wings, stir-fry, Pad Thai, fish and chips, and the JFC fried chicken sandwich (so good and the chicken portion was enormous I wish i took a photo). Everything was delicious, and honestly exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to have such a great selection of gluten-free options where we didn’t have to sacrifice flavour or quality.
While the food was great I absolutly have to give praise where it is due. What truly made our evening unforgettable was our server Tosha, she was exceptionally entertaining, friendly and genuinely wonderful from the moment we sat down. She made sure everyone was taken care of, was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, and somehow managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive. We had a lot of queations and felt we were taking uo her time but she was suggestive with menu items and answered all of our questions regarding concerns for someone with severw Celiacs dining out. Her service was above and beyond, and she added such a welcoming energy to our celebration.
You can have amazing food, but having someone who makes you feel genuinely cared for takes the experience to another level and she absolutely did that for us.
We left with full stomachs, happy hearts, and an even more special birthday memory. Fantastic food, an amazing gluten-free menu, and truly exceptional service. We will absolutely be back for the great service!”

I was in the area for my driving test, but unfortunately my car battery died and I couldn’t take my exam. My phone was also dead, and I had nobody to call. I came in and asked if I could charge my phone, and someone from the kitchen noticed I wasn’t okay and came to check on me. I’m just giving you a real opinion.. if you’ve never had the firehouse subs, I highly recommend it like you’ll never go to Mr. sub or subway ever again. even with those coupons that they put out buy a sub get us 6 inch free or buy two foot-long’s get one free. I can promise you if you put all that product from the three subs on one month it’s still won’t equal what you get from firehouse.. sorry Subway. “I’ve been coming to Tribeca for a few months now, usually on weekends before work, and it has easily become one of my favourite coffee shops and definitely one of my top 3 in Burlington. The baristas are always so kind, welcoming, and quick with orders, and the overall atmosphere is amazing. The shop itself is really cozy and cute, which makes it such a nice place to stop by. My personal favourites are the iced banana bread matcha latte and the iced banana bread latte, both are definitely worth trying! I also love how they keep up with trends and are always coming out with creative drinks, like the dot cake latte. There’s always something new and interesting to try, and the quality has been consistently good every time I’ve visited. Definitely one of my go-to coffee shops in Burlington and a place I’ll keep coming back to!”
