“Fresh Sushi at a great price. I'm surprised that this is not a busy place. They only have a limited choice of sushi sets and they are made fresh. They have a new item of hamburger with shrimp and cuttle fish pattie. The price is $5.99 and they have great taste and they even toasted the buns.“

“Although we have been patrons for years, today was the first time we decided to sit down and eat lunch. It is a better experience than eating in the car! But foremost is the quality of the food. Of course we cannot expect fresh, unfrozen fish. But I had the cod and my wife had the halibut and the fish remained tender and moist. The batter is not excessive and it appears that the oil is changed regularly because there is no telltale residue or aftertaste of old oil with burnt batter in the fish and chips.“

“We went there for the 2nd time cause we loved the shawarma there but this time the sandwiches were dry. It is still good but you feel all the spices that they are adding are overpowering the taste of the meat or chicken. As of I am eating a sandwich os spices. Let us say it is good but not yet the best shawarma sandwich.The seating area is good but kind of cheap. We wanted to have fish but I was not encouraged with how the restaurant looked . I think they need to do a major renovations, cleaner, better categories etc.But they have many things that you can order especially Arabic food, deserts etc.. I still advise you to go there but next time u visit, I will tell him exactly when I want in my sandwich.Note: the things I also liked is that they are generous with portions and I asked him for extra tahini and garlic and he didn't hesitate, directly prepared them. Other places start charing you an extra 1 or 2 dollars.“

“Yesterday was my first time ordering from this restaurant l got Hakka beef noodles/ Bombay chicken/ Tie rice/ chicken pokora. The food was amazing the portions was huge. I highly recommend the tie rice it was so good. It's a must try!! The price was so cheap compared to other restaurants l had leftover for the next day l am looking forward to try another dish but l will go back to tie rice Thank you for a wonderful meal see you soon.“

“Don’t know why this place has such a bad review and $$$$ price mark. We had a 4 people hotpot platter. It was really good and price is beyond reasonable. There were only 2 waitresses at the time we were there, and they were swamped, but they were still super friendly teaching us how to make the best of the hotpot. Definitely recommend.“

Instead their friendly staff and caring attitude made me feel welcome the whole time. Food was great, much better than what I had remembered. They looked better than they looked on the menu haha! Betty was our server and she is amazing! Despite the high volume/demand, no upselling (we didn't order much), Not only we didn't feel pressure, she took care our needs/requests promptly. This year is 2024, and it has been nearly 6 years. Although I don’t come often, but The food and prices in the small restaurant are still fresh and high-quality! The thin lady on the floor is still working here and is still so nice, and the proprietress is as smart and nice as ever?Now every year, I am the first to think of some special days. “We found Lucile's a few months ago and my family and I are addicted. They cook their jerk chicken fresh everyday on the drum pan grill (authentic tings) so you get flavour to the bone! They've been around for decades and their dim sum is quite good. We appreciate that they use pork in dim sum whereas most spots are now using chicken (e.g. in siu mai).Highly recommend getting the baked pastry filled with minced pork. “I feel they have the best takeout wings for the value compared to anywhere else in the city. Their suicide wings are indeed spicy and wedges they serve are absolutely delicious. Been going since they were at their old location and happy the quality and service are still great! They also serve Indian food here!“

“I had a chance to try this location once back from an Asian vacation and had a really good time, much more so than I expected. Gabby's has always been a comfort source for me during university days so I'm happy to see it has relatively kept up with the times with new dishes and offerings. Their wings are still stellar, which made me very happy. The eggs benny were a little basic presentation-wise but tasted great. And of course, the service was super pleasant, just like I remembered it all those years ago. This location is one of the newer ones (I think) and it has a lot of nice touches like a gigantic logo on the ceiling and a replica of the mall's opening poster.
