La carreta staff sang to our friend for her birthday and they did the sombrero and it was all an amazing experience. I have been eating at la carreta since I was a kid and it's always been great.“
“Place was sadly very empty for a Friday night, never a good sign. I had the tiny prime rib, which was tasty, but waaay overpriced for the size of the cut. The mashed potatoes were nice, but the salad was meh, there were no veggies served with the entree and they forgot my bread. Maybe my expectations were too high. Didn't get a chance to try a dessert, so may have to stop in again for some fresh baked goods.“

“We drop in a couple of times a month for the wonderfully oversized blended cocktails. This location specifically has been consistently above average in every area I can recall.Parking: This location is in a 10 business or so shopping center. So parking is abundant.Kid-friendliness: While waiting to be seated, my (then 5 year old) daughter and I were looking at the live lobsters in the tank. One of the ladies that worked up front came over and pulled a lobster out of the tank. She turned it over to it's back. She began to, then had my daughter lightly rub up and down on the underside of the lobster. She then took the time to explain why the lobster would fall asleep when this was done. Great experience.“

The bar is awesome, with as well a range of diversity accompanied by friendly service. Good portions (i ususally end up taking half home, especially with breakfast). Tastes great. The service is awesome. Real people who are personable, can read the room, aren't pushy, but keep attentive. Reasonable prices. Bar inside. Booths or bar seating. Parking lot with lots of parking. 24 hours!!! So grateful for the 24 hrs!!! Highly reccomend if you're in the mood for a diner breakfast or some fun conversation with strangers over drinks. I'll be back, even after I move along.“

“Very fun way to eat, the food comes by and you get to choose from quite a variety of dumplings, buns, noodles, meats and veggies. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed it so much .The out of town guests were sure there's nothing else like this ! ( from Colorado) Service is friendly and not pressured . We came recently at about 11:30 on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all, although the weekend crush is real. The food is tasty, you can get baked or steamed bao, you can request things you don't see also. The noodles look like they are just plain noodles but they are extra well flavored.“

We've eaten at many of the Mexican restaurants, liked alot of them but this place beats them all for cleanliness, service, and most of all the quality of the food and price.
