“The food is amazing! Flavorful and fresh. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the South Hills. My go-to is Veggie Chow Mein with an order of Momos (dumplings). We also love the Chicken Biryani and Tikka Masala. The name of the restaurant has changed from Sagun to Allegheny Spice Kitchen. The new menu is huge so don't be afraid to try it all!“

“Highly reccomend fantastic fish... didn't try the homemade hot sauce as I'm a tarter guy but maybe next time... got the fish sandwich and let's say I'm stuffed more than a crab cake.... Enough for two people or someone that's super hungry recommend the extra roll... only negative i can give is I'm not a fan of the Ken's tarter sauce it's a tad too thick like a paste... but then again it's hard to find a good pre made tarter sauce.... Wish they did a homemade tarter but i digress this is a very good fish place and the employees are nice and kind which is always a plus... will be back“

“One of the best fried food in town. And I’m talking about this specific branch. The workers are super friendly. I’ve been in Pittsburgh for about 5 years and I can finally say that I found my spot for fried chicken. Their grilled chicken is dope and if you’re into grilled chicken wings then you must try theirs. I highly recommend it! Bang for your buck!“

“10/10 Highly Recommend! For starters, Danielle was an incredible server. She was friendly and inviting from the moment I walked in. She made amazing suggestions and was very tentative. We had the fried provolone which was phenomenal but I have to say, thier red marinara sauce is to die for. I could just drink it! It's sooooo good! I had the Italian wedding soup was delicious and I'm not really a soup person. I had the Romano for my entire and it was so tasty! The cheesecake.....THE CHEESECAKE!! Chef's kiss. We had another venue and 5 days before the event we decided we were making a mistake and called Lynn at the Red Lion Restaurant. On short notice Lynn accommodated every single request we asked her for. “So, Red Lobster in Pleasant Hills was clean and had a menu with many options. I chose the shrimp skewers and added a scallop one. They were tasty. I added a side of Brussel sprouts. They were delicious. The biscuits were good. The baked potato was done well. All of the staff were friendly . It’s worth a return visit to try the Salmon Bowl or maybe the flounder.“

Not sure what type of crab is used, fairly certain it was not lump crab meat? We will try a different seafood entree or sandwich on our next visit & hope for better.“
