“We stopped at this little diner off the side of the road in this adorable little coal town in the middle of Pennsylvania. I had to try it after since my name is the same and believe it or not they pronounce it the same as well! The service was quite welcoming and homely. It was pretty busy as we expected it to be. The menu options are plentiful. My fiance got the stuffed French toast, my kids got regular French toast and I got the peirogie omelette. The coffee was decent and the kids absolutely loved the delicious rich chocolate milk. The food came out after a short bit and was impressive and plentiful. The omelette looked and tasted absolutely divine. and was stuffed with mashed potato, fried onions, and cheese inside the omelette. I've never seen or tasted an equal anywhere. The French toast were big and fluffy and the kids showed no mercy on them. The stuffed French toast was actually stuffed and looked tasted so good. The service was so good and attentive and they love their customers. I was happy that I was the first Freeland to actually step foot in that diner and the staff loved it. The bacon we ordered had so much flavor and meat and the scrapple was so much better than what Delaware has to offer. If you're ever in the highest borough of Pennsylvania, I highly recommend stopping by this little place on the side of the road and embellish your taste buds with their delectable food and try their truly homemade desserts as well.”

“love me some sorrento. It's our go to. pizza and antipasto. the antipast has definitely gotten smaller the last year or two but still great. The Italian hoagies could use more meat but still are great. The dinners are always a winner too! Great service and delivery as well.”

“Employees were kind and inviting, food was timely made and wasn't bad, I put mustard on it without thinking before I took the picture it was light on the chicken n broccoli sauce but the broccoli was beautifully "extra cooked" upon request. next time I will be asking for extra sauce on the chicken n broccoli but they did give me plenty of packets of sauce after i asked for them. I read allot of bad reviews but still gave this a chance, I do not regret it. Lunch under $10 without a drink or egg roll though no biggie. Pork fried rice has plenty of meat pieces as well #satisfied”

“Driving past on our way from Virginia to Maine we stopped at Cabana's for dinner. Such a pleasant surprise. We were greeted at the door with genuine smiles and a hearty welcome! The food was excellent - all fresh! The staff were so helpful and friendly. We plan on returning on our next trip through the area. Highest recommendation! “Came here for mine and my boyfriend's 1 year anniversary, this place did not disappoint! The servers were very kind and had a pleasant upbeat vibe. The food was AMAZING, we got fried green beans and mozzarella sticks as appetisers and they were so good we almost ordered seconds. The drinks were tasty and decently priced, I'd absolutely recommend coming here. Will be crossing the pond again one day to get my hands on more mozzarella sticks. ?❤️”

“We always order Stromboli to go. Lately its been far superior than we could ever ask for. The dough is just slightly golden baked to perfection with the inside ingredients filled to every angle with just the perfect amount of crust left to enjoy. New management or owners perhaps? It was always a great place, but now it is perfection. Great Crew working together. I give you five stars.”
