“Let me say it’s a beautiful restaurant. It has a nice grand feel. Service was very good. Food was ok. Duck was very good but it could have been half of it and cheaper. Potato wedges kind of boring. Pork tenderloin was overcooked. Demi was very good. Mushroom soup was excellent through I believe people really only like cream of mushroom so putting a few pieces in the bottom I did not like. The rolls to start the meal are boring. It needs something more exciting and maybe a flavored butter would be great. We will be back though.”

“I took my daughter to her appointment and needed something to eat. I spotted this wonderful place. I went in and ordered the fried shrimp, cheese steak egg rolls, the spring rolls, and the beef pho. Everything was really good! My favorite were the shrimp! So tasty! It was my first time having a shrimp roll and the pho, but both were yummy. The lady working there was the sweetest! You have to try it!”
“So good! I got the Churro cheesecake crepe and it was delicious. They let the kids sample the ice cream to find the flavor they wanted and the staff was friendly. The menu and ice cream flavors are only written in Spanish though... but they do have pictures so you can see what the items are.”
“Food is amazing. I seriously could eat there everyday! One of my favorites is the Cheese Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce with chicken. The Alfredo Sauce is fresh made and the best I have ever had. Staff is always super nice and attentive even when they are busy which is always.”

“Who would've thought a place like this would be in the middle of Reading, Pa!... The seafood is fantastic & the chicken is great! I would highly recommend the seafood as it's prepared similarly to the Perurian cuisine which is world famous for their ceviche. You won't regret it.”
“Today our server was YSARA, OMG the whole package, pleasant and knows her menu. Very attentive to us, making sure our drinks were replenished. Checking on our food. A very positive experience today. We don’t live in this area, moved away 8 months ago, but decided to stop by and wanted to give this Plaza Azteca a chance to redeem itself from a not so positive experience in July. Possibly that visit was an off day for them because today was what we are used to here at Mt Penn’s Plaza Azteca. YSARA was our server once before and she definitely needs to be recognized as an asset to your restaurant. Kudos to YSARA ?❤️”
“Last time I had the duck tacos! This time I went for the Birria tacos. They were excellent!”
“As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile we were seated quickly and our server Mike was wonderful very polite and attentive my favorite was the lobster shrimp chowder it was full of flavor and very good we will be back again”

“I dont give 5 stars easily. Clean nice good food, wonderful people, service, and owners. Everything seems so fresh and good. Salad bar amazing soups are great, and they have a nice senior menue. Thank you all so much, especially for trying so hard to keep prices down for your customers”
“We've always had a great experience here but last night exceeded our expectations. We had raw oysters followed by the steamed seafood sampler. Everything was just as it should be. Micheal made our experience even better with great service and conversation. They had a surprising selection of beers. Can't wait to come back!”

“We enjoy your breakfast and lunches with the best Italian products in a cosy atmosphere. Our panettone crema al limoncello from Borsari we did buy for Christmas was the best ever ! We recommend to shop and eat at your place and buy the food to continue the Italian experience at home!”

“I've been buying icream cakes here for birthdays for over 30 years and they are always the best. First it was daughters now it's grandkids. These cakes travel to other states because they are in demand! This year a granddaughter asked for a cupcake ice-cream cake. I put the request out there and the wish, though not on the menu, was granted. I couldn't be more pleased. These guys are the best and I highly recommend getting your desert cakes there!!!”
“Found this food truck online & thought i’d give it a go!
Was on my last $20 and was starving, here’s what i got!
I ordered the 4 for $13 birria tacos cilantro/ onions with consume
& 2 Bean n cheese pupusas
The birria was well seasoned, tortillas were crispy & the cheese was melty & gooey
consume was a lil on the bland side but it still had some flavor
The pupusas were amazing with the lil slaw n salsa they provide for you!
Spent a total of $19 & only waited 15mins for all of it to be ready
The area is sketchy & ghetto i would say but if you are willing to look past that, The food is solid here.
Only bad complaint is no manners the person who took my order was semi nice & the person who gave me my food didn’t have no manners. Told her “goodnight & thank you again” no response.
Other than that would eat here again!
Parking: It’s in the gas station so you could just park anywhere”
“Best bang per buck if you are hungry. This place will have you unable to finish your food, and the prices are extremely low for what you get. The service is also great and the cashier was helpful to tell me what kind of deals were going on. As of my review, you can get 2 cheeseburgers fully dressed with pickles lettuce tomato onion and ketchup for a price of only 4$. They are not small burgers either. I hope this place does well.”
“They have the best chilli dogs I’ve ever had. Also they have homemade chips that are just freaking delicious and you get them with chilli and cheese and omg they and amazing. I had to come back for more there food is soo good. So if you want awesome food that wont break the bank 💯 I recommend the dog house!!!”
“Great place, delicious food, excellent attention, vey friendly, I will back soon.”
“Gotham's vigilance extends beyond the shadows, even to the quaint corners of Reading, PA, where Batmanjawn, recently ventured into a unique and historic building. It was Judy's on Cherry, which stands as a beacon of culinary excellence, a sanctuary where even the Caped Crusader can find respite from the eternal battle against crime, a haven of culinary delights where heroes and ordinary folk alike can find solace in the simple pleasures of good food and great company. I was greeted by the warm glow of vaulted wooden ceilings and the aroma of freshly baked focaccia bread, a sensory experience fit for a hero. Gail, the hostess, with her gracious demeanor, welcomed me with the warmth of a trusted ally, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The butternut squash soup started the meal off Bat-tastically. The old fashioned packed the punch of the Batmobile's turbo boost. The filet mignon, tender as a villain's heart after a night in Arkham, paired perfectly with a side of mashed potatoes and veggies that would make Alfred proud. But it wasn't just the food that left me in awe; it was the service, embodied by Steve, a stalwart guardian of hospitality, a waiter of unparalleled dedication and charm, whose smile could rival even the Joker's grin. With 17 years of service under his utility belt, he exemplified the hospitality that does justice to Judy's reputation of excellence. The unique cigarette-turned-magnet dispenser, made me marvel at the ingenuity of humanity, the resilience of the human spirit. It was transformed from nicotine machine to an artist’s dream. Poetic. As I stood atop the payment folio, passing my Judy’s gift card like a torch of patronage to Steve, I couldn't help but feel that Judy's on Cherry isn't just a restaurant; it's a sanctuary for the soul, a refuge where heroes and artists alike find solace in a world fraught with chaos. To Judy's, I say: may your lights never dim, your flavors never fade, and your legacy endure like the legend of the Batmanjawn.”

“Parking in the lot is convenient.
This is a friendly pub with plenty of beer selections for your taste.
I really appreciate that they have a hard cider on tap to enjoy here.
My burger was cooked to order. The fries were ok. I like mine a bit more crisp.
My companion ordered the fish and chips. Which was very enjoyable.
The waiter and staff were very attentive to our table.
Overall a good experience for dinner here.”
“This place was always great but I haven’t been there since the new ownership. I assume it’s still good. But, I have unfollowed the page because whoever is running the social media constantly comments @ followers on their posts. That is incredibly annoying. I’m also not sure it’s the best marketing strategy.”
“We go to Crossroads regular since it is close to work. We'll after lunch today, NEVER AGAIN. We were scolded by our waitress. We ordered a burger and fries and added the 3.99 charge for a salad. I ordered a crock of soup for 5.99 and ate my husbands salad. She pointed at us and said that is a big No,No,No. Then intern charged us for the salad bar of 10.99 and the extra fee to add to his meal of 3.99. When went up to pay they said we shared. My husband did not eat a salad I ate it instead of him. We paid for it so who cares who eats it, it was paid for. Argued to remove the side salad. What a going on. They kept saying we Shared why we did not we ate 1 salad and no soup from the salad bar, I paid extra for a different soup. We said we won't ever come back they said thats fine-bye. Instead of beginning polite the male in charge was rude. To pay 40.00 for lunch we don't need to go back to be treated like a 5 year old. We will take our business somewhere else on Route 61.”

“With Mussos' having baked its last bread, I will now deliver the eulogy; For over a decade, I have frequented this restaurant in addition to having made a few stops at the previous location back in the day and overall, it was typically a pleasant dining experience. The menu was vast, the food was delicious and satisfying, the ambiance was appealing, and the servers were typically friendly as well as competent. Unfortunately, however, Musso's never felt inviting as the owner never warmed up to us in the slightest. I will never really understand why either, seeing as he could be friendly and accommodating with others. Perhaps he felt that we were beneath him? I can assure you that our money is just as green as anyone else's, and we contributed much of it to his livelihood over the years, so a little gratitude was surely in order. At best, he was standoffish with us and at worst he could be downright unpleasant. Surely, Musso's officially closing marks the end of an era and leaves a void in the community and also in our stomachs. I will miss the food, atmosphere and servers but I will not miss the disapproving looks or the grievances relayed through servers. I guess you don't have to be fond of the artist to appreciate the art, and I will definitely miss dining here.”

“My husband and I just returned from a delicious, well-priced dinner at Norte Sur on Perkiomen Avenue in Reading. The portions were large, and the food was delicious. My husband had a burrito which took up the entire plate. I had a wonderful taco salad, and we shared sopapillas for dessert. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. We received free refills on our iced teas, and the total bill was less than $40. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Norte Sur, and am looking forward to returning soon.”
“I placed an order because I had this food at another event, and the food was fantastic. When I placed my order by phone, the woman who answered was very polite and helpful. She was very busy, but called me back within just a few minutes. I will purchase from this restaurant again!”
