Best chicken tikka masala across the last 30 years of Indian food trials. 14 dishes trialed for our party— all with distinguished excellence. Small enough place for very personal experience and exchange with the chef, yet the cuisine of a high end, elegant dining experience. Pleasantly delighted! Worth going out of my way to get to Johnson for their cuisine.”

If you haven't tried these, your totally missing out on the best donuts have to offer. Our entire office is hooked on these we like to get them delivered once a week.”

“I finally stopped by Three Wishes Bakery in Johnston RI. Can I say I was so impressed and excited and happy. It was like a classic RI bakery with all the most beautiful pastry and donuts I have ever seen in a gluten free bakery. I wanted to buy it all. My husband and I shared two donuts at home, one was the creme brûlée and the other a Boston creme. Soooo good. We ate the cinnamon twists in the car on the way home. We were both making lots of yummy noises. I also tried their sandwich rolls which were delicious. Soft and flavorful unlike other gluten free rolls I have bought. The spinach pies were our lunch and they didn’t disappoint with the raspberry twists for our dessert. I will now be a regular at Three Wishes Bakery. Finally a bakery I can enjoy.”

The menu has all your brunch favorites like blueberry pancakes and Benedicts. There is also a full brunch bar offering Mimosa flights and espresso martini flights! Go check them out before the secret is out and you can't get a reservation!”

“The food is exceptional, creative, and fresh! The coffee is high quality. Employees go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. If you haven't thought to ask for a "pup-cup" for your dog, I highly recommend grabbing one while you're grabbing some breakfast or lunch! They prepare the cutest pup-cups I've ever seen; my puppy literally loves it and he gets excited the second we pull into the wicked convenient drive-thru. I recommend Latte Love to everyone, sincerely.”

“Fast service, friendly waitstaff and nice food. I got the classic eggs Benedict. Of course I ordered it Drowning in Hollandaise sauce. I even ordered a nice cup full of it on the side (please know you pay extra as this sauce is not cheap to make).
It was a very lively restaurant with cops, elderly, and the average joe enjoying this place.
Give extra credence for parking as the place was full to the brim.
Worth the trip here and will be coming back to try their tasty looking waffles!

“We went to Fu Ming at the recommendation of good friends. I will tell you, this restaurant did NOT disappoint!! From the atmosphere to the friendly, attentive staff and the delicious cuisine, this place has it going on. The scallion pancake was phenomenal!! Everything was and tasted so fresh, even the fried foods, no taste of old or stale grease. Our whole meal was wonderful. The Scorpion Bowl for 2 was as tasty as it was STRONG!! ( we love strong drinks)! We recommend taking the chance to see for yourself. You won't regret it! Karen, the owner, is awesome!!”

“As far as straight down the middle, take-out, Chinese-American cuisine, there are few places better than Golden City. Portions are great, they nail l the classics, Rangoon’s, spare ribs, chicken fingers, lo mein, fried rice, it’s always fantastic, dive deeper into their Chef Suggestions or specialties and you’ll probably find a new favorite! I love Golden City”

“As a born & raised San Diegan trapped in Connecticut, I’m a snob when it comes to Mexican food. I happened to be in Johnston on business when I noticed California Taco Shop. Of course I turned my nose up & said “ha! That’s funny.” But like anybody on their high horse, I had to try it. I got the California burrito, 5 rolled tacos, & a horchata. The horchata was SPOT ON! I thought I was back home for a minute & not in Rhode Island. The California burrito was quite good, & quite stuffed. But not just with filler. With FLAVOR! The rolled tacos were a little shorter than back home, but the flavor more than made up for it (& again, just comparing it to what I grew up on I dug the decor & the music in the background. Reminded me of weekends at the National City Swap Meet. It’s about an hour-fifty from my house, but I’ll be back!”

“Best pizza around Johnston, Western Cranston, Scituate and Hope! This location in Johnston is the original family that started Famous Pizza. The other locations were sold to other families. Give their pizza a try, you won’t be dissapointed!”

“I don't know what happened to this place. We used to get good food from there. January 14, 2024 we ordered a pizza that was undercooked with the toppings just falling off, burnt onion rings that melted the styrofoam container along with the container that had chicken tenders contaminating them. I tried to reach out that night via Facebook message but no one has even looked at it. Just tried sending a message through the contact button on the website. Let's see if I get a response from that”
