“Just as I expected. Authentic. We bought tacos and a torta. We ate them all up that I forgot to take pictures of the tacos. The flavor on the al pastor was amazing. The salsa sauces that came with it has quite a bit of heat, but if you like them spicy, you’ll enjoy. Dashi across the street was way overpriced compared to the food here.”

The food was amazingly prepared. The geechie sauce was like nigel made it himself and they wasnt cheap with it . You guys got yourr mojo back. “If you're looking for your typical, affordable, fast Chinese takeout, this is the place. I ordered sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, and hot and sour soup. I don't normally like sesame chicken but my partner wanted it and it was 10/10. Was fried well and the sauce was very savory. Lo mein was average and the hot and sour soup was really spicy and good! It only took them 15 minutes to cook everything on a Saturday night. Will be back”

“Typical Subway. The prices have increased since the last time I was there, but everything has, so . The menu has changed too. One thing I really do not like is, when you order a specifically named sandwich from their menu they ask you what you want on it. And then they have to look at the menu to make it. When I went this time, he still didn't put the correct items on it. The kids really liked the WARM footlong cookie!The restaurant was mostly clean. Crumbs on several tables from where people recently left.All the staff were friendly.

“One of my top 5 restaurants in Charleston. Quality and taste is EPIC and getting to chat with Kazu and Chris just makes the experience so much more intimate. Such a fantastic value for the quality and quantity of food - my main recommendation is to keep a running list of the dishes served because at the end of the meal, you get to order more of whatever you liked a la carte. If you ever get the chance for a hard to get reservation here, TAKE IT!!!!”

“Very cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You feel like it's home. The food was mouth-watering, with a variety of flavors, you are able to taste each spice. We tried the lamb (Yassa) and snapper. Lamb was rich, savory, and warm. The snapper was cooked to perfection...flaky, with a crisp on the outside, and seasoned to perfection. All side dishes paired well and the Fritters (appetizer) was also amazing. Be sure to try the fresh juices. We tried pineapple/ginger and passion fruit. Mm mm mmmm!”

So fresh, tender, just melts in your mouth. So much flavor in every bite. Cocktails are innovative and right on point. “Only tried the coffee and pastries for our first visit, coffee was 10/10 as was the cream puff, hands down the best I’ve ever had (it was overflowing with delicious filling)! With having a small child I really appreciated that they find & bring your order to you! Can’t wait to go back to try the other menu items!
