The last two times I have been here to pick up an online order, it had been a terrible experience. The first time, the lady was yelling from the back about how I was wrong on what I requested to be removed from my food after I had to bring it back. Went to tacobell they had a guy in the back braking stuff and the manger had to keep switching my order. They finally gave me a refund after they didn’t have beef but offered steak just so you know steak is beef. Ended up not even getting my order because they messed up so bad
