The app is confusing and there's no way to edit anything on your sandwich like leaving off green onions etc. The employees don't understand the app either. I've had to order twice at the counter and not get any points. Otherwise everything else is great.
I am from out of town but visit Austin on a monthly basis and this is officially my favorite place to stop by. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. The space is warm and modern. My staple is the crispy chicken bao/bun and teriyaki chicken bao with the Asian salad. If you feel like splurging, order the Szechuan fries. To drink, I have only ordered the Austin Sunset but I might venture out into the strawberry green tea on my next visit. I hope this place franchises out...read full review
