“We went kinda late. They were out of beef ribs, so I settled for the pork ribs, and my fiance got a chicken plate. The food was ok, simple bbq with no soul, and the chicken breast looked like a body builder.lol.Service was great. the atmosphere was ok. They had a live band out back. “This was my second time here. Great location across from klyde Warren Park with plenty of parking that they validate. The food here is amazing, all of the a sides are so yummy. The macaroni and collards greens are a must try, now the prices are a bit high but the food is worth it and outstanding service it worth it.“
“The blackberry cobbler was insane! I had it a la mode with the suggestion of the waitress and boy did it just set it off! The fried chicken plate looked awesome, but I just ate too much BBQ in Fort Worth so I couldn't find any room. Next time though I'm going hungry I might even get an omelette on top of it.“

“This restaurant is really cute! Located in bishop arts near a bunch of other shops and restaurants.A group of us got dinner here for a friend's birthday and the ambience was really nice. Make sure to reserve ahead of time!I ordered the linguine but it personally wasn't for me. I tried some of the pizzas and those were good though! So I'd recommend ordering that of you come here. Our waiter was super attentive as well so props to the staff working at the restaurant! Overall, a good place to check out.“
“Was skeptical about the gravy seeing that I don’t like anyone’s gravy but the gravy mixed with the syrupy on the chicken and waffle was different but pretty good. Plus their Menu has options for those who don’t like Pork also. Will recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice fulfilling meal for a nice buck and a nice drink.“

The pic is what happened 1 sec later after bitting the the spicy chicken. This is no McDonald's . This is not Popeyes. It's better. I don't have a lieing bone in my body. “I recommend this restaurant to anyone that doesn't know how to cook and they are looking for food that their mother used to make. Make sure you get there early on Sundays because if you show up after 1:30pm you will be in line... Awesome Food!!!“

“We did not eat here We was walking by and heard the music and had to stop it. Three of us got drinks in the service was great the drinks were great. And the band.... WOW! Every first Saturday of the month TooToo and the band are there. Man that guy is superb! Definitely recommend going there to check him out. And get some drinks.“

“We moved to the area about 3 weeks ago, we know nothing about this area my 5 year old and I, she loves chicken it was walking distance, came here got chicken tenders for her, I got the 3 PC mixed, loved it, they gave my daughter candy. We just went again tonight well my daughter wanted the chicken I got last time so we shared a 5 PC mixed, My daughter remembered from last time they give suckers candy if they have them. Well the 2 beautiful young ladies gave her some, made us feel so welcomed, new to the area and just felt at home that was amazing for us. Remind yall, we just moved to the area I took her to the neighborhood around the corner for Halloween yall we walked 2 blocks no candy in her bucket after 2 blocked we just walked home. Single mother with my 5 year old I felt so blessed just to see a smile on my baby face tonight as times have been super hard. And also we tore that chicken UPP. and will definitely be back!!!!“
“I placed an pick-up order via the app for dinner this week which worked fine. Their rotisserie chicken is tender and flavorful. With leftovers reheated the next day, it was still tender, moist and flavorful. The mac and cheese is creamy but could use a touch of salt. The brisket was surprisingly very good and tender as well! I just wish they provided condiments like bbq sauce to accompany it. The brisket is served with two slices of raw white onion and two pieces of pickles. The twice baked potato was my least favorite side as the texture of the potatoes were off. It could've done with more cooking time and seasoning. I definitely see myself ordering from Cowboy Chicken again!!“
“I had lunch yesterday and loved the experience. My friends kept saying I had to go and they were so right. Tracy the new owner was so warm and welcoming, and funny. Our waiter Rohan was very attentive and efficient. I ate every bite of my Chili cheese omelette, hash browns and biscuit and gravy. The best one I've ever had. Breakfast is served all day. My friends had burgers or catfish and all plates were cleaned. Looking forward to my next visit.“
