“I ate there for a team building event with my coworkers. The location was not crowded upon arrival. Our party was seated fairly quickly. We placed our drink orders shortly after we were seated. There were a lot of menu options. We ordered a variety of appetizers, drinks, and food. The food portions were a very good size. We dined sufficiently and everyone enjoyed their food. We were full and did not have any room to eat desserts. I would eat at the location again.“

“Very delicious food, good portion for the price paid. If you order chicken regularly, they are at least 4 pieces. The waitress Savannah was very friendly and explained very well. They had no menu, no wifi. However, when I took the food in a bag, I forgot it on the table. When I returned, they had already thrown it away, but the manager gave me a complete meal just as I had ordered, as good as new. I thought it was a very good gesture. I definitely have one more place to visit more often.“
“This seems to be a meeting place for friends. I saw several tables of 2 or more gentlemen enjoying coffee & breakfast together. There was another table of several family members. I noted the staff was familiar with what some of the patrons ordered on a regular basis & stopped & chatted for a bit. The food was good (the biscuits were soft all around, not hard on the bottom like some). I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns & a biscuit & gravy. The dining room appeared clean. “We celebrated my husbands birthday at Jellicos. It was great, a hidden gem for sure. The poblano white bean dip was amazing! The filet mignon was delicious and tender. We had one little problem with the meats, I asked for the filet mignon to be medium well, and my husband wanted his T Bone to be medium, and they mixed those terms, the T bone also needed a bit more flavor but everything else was delicious. The servers and everyone were great, but Hala made the night special. What a sweet soul! She made sure my husband got a birthday cake and sang the song even when no one else joined! The curve lounge was packed, but it looked like fun, and prices were surprisingly low, we would come back and try the lounge too !“

They only had 1 high chair and it was already promised to another family when we got there so my 16 month old had to sit in in our laps/regular chair. “Arrived at an off hour 4pm on a weekend. They have lots of beer but for some reason, I got the wine tasting. It was ok. Brussel sprouts appetizer was great and my black and blue burger was fantastic! The added jalapeños were just the right heat! Onion rings were amazing! The vegan blackbean burger was a little disappointing. It didn't have a lot of flavor and just fell apart, needed more binder to keep things together. That said, still a solid 4 out of 5 and we'll be back if only for that black and blue burger. Wednesday its half off!!!“

“We recently stopped in for a late lunch at Cotton Patch Café in Watauga. Service was fast and friendly. The chicken fried steak and sides were the best I’ve had anywhere in quite some time! Definitely worth going back to Watagua for another visit . Our servers, Matt and Brandon, made it a thoroughly pleasant experience. They recommended the large size meal, and we enjoyed the leftovers tonight… almost as much as being there.“
