I had the seared scalloped last night for dinner as he definitely depicted his story with the plating presentation, the flavors put together in the plate. Chef Graham absolutely tells his story within his menu. I had never heard of this restaurant but I’m very happy to have been introduced to this place. His food tells a story as you sit eating his food deliberately using all your senses as you experience his food. Highly recommend this place!

Cassie, a server not assigned to us, had an ever-present smile. Her smile radiated so brightly that it lit up the mood of my friend and me. These two young ladies made our visit to this place extremely pleasant. I recommend sitting at the bar. The bar is where the staff assembles to retrieve their orders. It is where you will always see smiling faces. Here is where they have more of an opportunity to face you and gift you with a kind comment or beam another bright smile in your direction.”

Paid over $20 for this I was very disappointed after coming back after 10 yrs away from this place. My coworker order "Texas size" tacos, there was nothing texas size about them. They were stuffed with minimal chicken and mollejas, i guess that must be expensive cuts of meat. I convinced my co workers never to come back to this place there are other places that the food is worth the money you spend.”

I also like that you can ask for your order to be cooked well done. This is a family run restaurant. And the yiung ladies who take your order are super nice and accomodating. We've never had any problem with the food. I also love the egg rolls. They are light and crisp.you can also replace the rice in any plate with lomain for one dollar! More than once we've sent $tips to the cooks because the food was just great. So this little place its good all around. And the prices are reasonable. Some contain milk so that did a number on my stomach. They are all good, you will not be disappointed. I also tried the chicharon preparado, I wasnt a fan. But, if you like the vinegar pork rinds its a topping for you. Hit them up if you need a good refreshing drink. 8.8/10”

“The Music is ALWAYS Fantastic at this store! Been coming to this location for the last 8 years, but that maybe coming to an end. I am not sure why, but the other "Reynera Bakery's" always charge me per pound, but the Freddy location charges Per Piece.

The bread is also not as fresh as the McAllen/Pecan location, who Always has extremely Fresh pan dulce. I will continue to drive to the McAllen location as long as the Freddy store continues to charge per piece, and as long as the McAllen continues to provide a superior product.

“Very good seafood. The salsa was good as well as the seafood drink they gave you. I've never had anything like it. But the drink is delicious and a little spicy which is great for me. I had the fish and shrimp soup. It was very good and they put a lot of fish in it. It was busy since it was lunch time and they took a little long to take my order. Once I ordered the food came out at a reasonable amount of time.”

“Convenient. They sell majority what u need. Also fresh food like tortillas barbacoa, tacos, tamales, breakfast, lunch, carnitas Chicharones... They also have raspados and chips with cheese or other snacks! Great place! It does get busy tho.

Parking: Parking is a lil hectic sometimes but it mostly gets packed in the morning and especially on weekends in the morning.
