“Dunkin is always busy in the morning, but the wait is not usually long at this one. There is a steady flow with the cars through the drive through. The staff here is fast and efficient. The food is always good and fresh. This was my first time getting the advo toast and I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed it.“

“Came around 10:45am on 10/26/24. Drive thru- I got a Iced Potion Macchiato & 2 Spider donuts. A Young man took my order & a young woman served me at the window. The service was so great, quick & friendly, i had to tip. Am still thinking of the positive interaction today.“

“The interior could use a remodel and an update to make it cleaner
I thought the prices were a little bit for the time we went. I might be old school. I thought donut prices went down later on in the day because they are made first thing in the morning.
The employees were super nice. They were prompt getting our shakes and very professional.

“I'm a frequent IAH traveler and this is my favorite shop in the entire airport. They always treat me well when I decide to get my donut and coffee.
The shop is very clean and the staff is amazing; everyone is so friendly and willing to help with any problem. I'll always come back to this shop! 😍“

“Stopped by on a late flight just before you closed. Ice coffee and the last cinnamon roll in the case.. Mom wanted an apple fritter but settled for a Chocolate Donut ? and coffee for my Mom. Your guy was very patient and explained the coffees and their flavors and options to my Mom that doesn't come very often and is easily overwhelmed and confused by huge menus..I really appreciated he took the time especially since they were preparing to close...???Rock on guys..Thank you!!“

“I little small establishment that I have never had a bad experience. The minor issues that have been had manager has easily settled with common sense. What team is pleasant behind the counter. The food is very good and my family gets everything. It's a little iffy location at the corner light so just be prepared for that. And it's worth it. Suggest“

“Decent food, good coffee, amazing service. Attentively checked on as I took a while to look through the menu before ordering. She apologized and quickly remade my drink with no questions asked after I decided I didn’t want the sugar with the iced coffee. Positive attitude throughout.“

“Staff has always been very friendly. They are very fast with my order. I only had an issue once but I did place my mobile order and arrived before pick up time, it was a minor mistake but they ensured it wouldn’t happen again and it hasn’t. There is one person that works there that can come off strong but they aren’t, they just have a strong tone and actually are nice.“

“I'm always on the go, so I mainly use the app to re-order my usual and pick up via drive thru. I have consistently received fast and friendly service from everyone here. If they have wi-fi, I may go inside the store one day and work on my laptop while keeping a constant supply of caffeine nearby 😉“

“I went in for a dozen donuts for my grandson, and it was so clean and all the staff was great, but Dianne and Ms Brown were top notch for me, my grandson is autistic and they were the best with him, so patient and kind, that was the first time I had stopped there, but it definitely won’t be my last, thank you again Dianne and ma brown.“

“Came there in the morning to get a dozen donuts and snack and bacon and a coffee I always come for the snack and bacon. It’s the best but on this particular day, my snack and bacon was given to me only one quantity when I ordered two and then it was given to me cold and when I said something to the cashier about it being cold And informed her that is usually hot, she told me well. She didn’t personally make it and I never said that she did. I just knew that that wasn’t the way it was supposed to be served. Drive-through cashier‘s attitudes need to be better and not rush the customers when they’re trying to give their order on the intercom that way they put it in right.“

“I am an avid Dunkin fan and was burned by this location when it first opened. Decided to try again, but the recent reviews were scary…very happy I gave it a shot, looks like they’ve got new staff or I missed the issues entirely. Everyone was polite, the drinks were correct and the atmosphere/energy was happy inside. Night and Day difference from the last time I came into this spot.“

“A newer Dunkin' location in the Memorial Area. I plan on coming to this location again. My last visit was at the end of January and today March 24; Pistachio Cold Brew and two donuts 🍩. Ordered a warm drink and a Donut(s) on the previous visit 🍩. It's difficult to carry so many donuts while walking lol. Enjoyed! Thanks! 😊 I'll definitely be back!“

“This Dunkin location never disappoints!!! I wish this location was closer to my job, because I would stop every morning before work. My drink is always on point, and Jessica always has a smile on her face when servicing at the window. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I come so much, that Jessica knows who I am based off my order. Hands down this location is my FAVORITE Dunkin location!!!“

“Try to come every morning to get my jelly donut and coffee fixed. Well I try to switch it up today and it felt good to know that the employee remembers my usual order. Lol I want to commend the new manager in change the vibe at that location and providing a more consistent and pleasant experience. You can tell everyone working gets along and work well with each other even if they are busy they differently help each other out!“

“The employee Itzel did a wonderful job. However, the thin black woman that worked with Itzel was terrible. I asked her for water, and she did not bring me any water. I had to ask for water from Itzel. She brought me water. Other than that everything is good. I come here all of the time, or I used to. This was when the gym was open nearby.“

“I came through the drive through looking for donuts because couldn’t trust myself to go inside lol I ordered 1 filled donut and 1 munchkin (just a little something something to get me through my long drive) and was pleasantly surprised. It was late in the evening and the donuts were still fresh.“
