“We came to Marshall for the first time to take our kids to Piney Park. We Googled where to eat with our two kids and settled for pizza. To say the whole family loved it would be an understatement! The atmosphere, the food, and the service were all TOP NOTCH! The kids loved watching the chef, Areli, throw the dough in the air. He later came to the table to introduce himself and ask how our dinner was. He was wonderful! I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Today was my first visit after hearing about the place for a long time. I got the fried ribs with 2 sides and a drink, then got a side of chicken spaghetti and a piece of strawberry cake. The fried ribs and chicken spaghetti both were excellent. The ribs were super tender, and the spaghetti had chicken in pretty much every bite. The strawberry cake was the best I've ever had, without a doubt. Staff was super friendly. If you haven't already, I highly recommend you give this place a try.”

“Pretty good burger. I got the bandito, which had an interesting mix of flavors. Namely the pickeled jalapeños, which were a nice touch. The bacon was perfect. Crispy yet tender at the same time. The only complaint I have is the wait time. I had to wait 20 minutes for the burger. Not bad if you were at a sit down restaurant. But at a casual place like this when you’re at work, you’re going to have to gulf down your meal if you want to make it back to work in time. I recommend this place though.”

“I live in Florida and found Soul Palace on the Internet with great reviews. Five of us went on April 11 and sat outside at the picnic tables. Absolutely love love loved the catfish and the burgers got rave reviews from the folks with me. “So my waiter was Eduardo he did a really good job really nice young man. I'm going to be honest with you the salsa completely sucks way too tomatoey I got the straight tacos some type of meat with pineapple in it It was pretty good The people with me got enchiladas they really like them The queso was really good The sweet tea was really good I would not recommend a bloody Mary It had a wang to it that was really not good I would say that this place is okay like biggest complaint would be the salsa if they could get that I would give this a lot better rating but I would come back My buddy got a Coors light draft with lime and he said it was really good but I know the sweet tea was really good”

“We love to eat at Golden Corral but wish there were more fried chicken legs . The food is really good & affordable & service staff is very friendly. Actually, we wish we could get another Golden Corral back in Carthage, Texas. Then we could go eat out more often. There is a building for sale as you are coming into Carthage from Marshall on the left. It used to be a restaurant & has plenty of parking.”

“We had Porky’s cater a luncheon for a group of around 40 people. From start to finish they were very helpful in planning the menu to delivering and serving. The assortment of sandwiches was perfect with sides of smoky beans and potato salad topped off with delicious banana pudding. They also provided the paper goods, cutlery and tea leaving almost nothing for us to do but enjoy! Prices are very reasonable and well worth it!”

“I was in a quick business trip and I decided to pop by and give this place a try. I ordered agua de Jamaica (hibiscus flower) and shrimp and octopus cocktail and both were very delicious. The cocktail is served cold and it includes corn chips as well as saltine crackers. It had a fair portion of seafood in it and it was worth it.”

Every single individual there who was working that night was dedicated to their job and the right way. Even the customers were all so friendly and delightful! The drinks and food tasted sensational. The service is beyond exceptional!I loved the atmosphere and being able to play a couple of games of pool. Then, I could go outside and sit down, eat, dance, and even sing.Every Friday is karaoke night!! Then, typically, every Saturday night is when they have different live bands or people playing music up on the stag. I guarantee this is a fun, safe, and comfortable environment to be in. Definitely want to go back!!”

“As always, it was great. This Chick Fil A is located on the ETBU campus in the Ornelas student center. Best entrance is on west side of building. There is no drive thru, it is walk in only service. The hours of operation are short and sporadic because it is on a college campus. I hope they build one on Hwy 59 in Marshall soon so we don't have to jump through hoops just to get this tasty food.”

“We visit this restaurant many times a year and order take out several times. I recently place an order for shrimp Alfredo Fettuccine with Broccoli and of course taramasu. The food was excellent as always. What surprised me was the cost. I expected some higher cost, but the menu prices onli e showed my order should have been about $20.00 less than what I was charged. Since they failed to provide me with an itemized receipt I really don't know what I was charged for. They need to update their online menu and also provide itemized receipts.”

“Always love stopping at Guccis! They have been a community staple most of my life. It’s always been the go to place for meals after sports game with the whole team. I’ve been to meetings there for our local chamber. Always a hit for mom and me dates my friends and their kids. You can get one free kids meal with one adult meal purchase. The buffet is great and they take request. The chocolate chip pizza is my FAVE! 🤤🍕”

Taco Tuesday specials every Tuesday, homemade ice cream sandwiches, Reno’s famous burgers! I could go on and on about how great I think these restaurants are, but don’t just take my word for it!! Come in and see for yourself, I promise you’ll be back!”

“So we ate here this evening today, & EVERYTHING was AMAZING! The food was great & so we're the employees & they have the sweetest/most understanding manager! I did not know that the chicken is soaked in the fajita butter sauce (very spicy) which i didn't know & was not able to eat it cause it was too spicy for me but maybe perfect for someone that prefers a really spicy cuisine. The manager was able to replace my chicken without it to where I was able to enjoy it later for home which was amazing. Wasn't expecting them to replace the whole meal but they did which was great & I'm very grateful for that! The waitress I had was also amazing & very attentive. We were told they didn't have ice cream cause they were out for the floats but my kids still managed to get their ice cream Fix when walking on our way out. Overall great dining experience & very clean atmosphere!”
