“Wonderful atmosphere, you feel comfortable and isolated even though it's busy and all the tables are filled.Our server, Royce, is amazing. Greeted us at the table, got us our drinks quickly, and went over the specials with us.The lamb pop appetizer comes with chimicurri which needs to go on top of the lamb. The flavors dance on your tongue.The mac and cheese isn't just macaroni with cheese, the chefs added additional flavors, making it a dish on its own.The steak is seasoned with a little salt, pepper, and clarified butter. It does not need anything else. It melts in your mouth. There's a thin crust on the outer edge, with its herbs, spices, and buttery goodness, and then the succulent inside, perfectly cooked steak, and how it practically dissolves on your tongue.We ordered both the chocolate and carrot cake, having been told the pair of desserts are the most delicious. We took the two home, having filled ourselves to bursting already. The chocolate cake is definitely something you need to order. We haven't tried the carrot cake, but we imagine it will be just as wonderful.“
“Me and my wife went for our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing. I got the sea bass and came with Wasabi potatoes. Amazing dish. My wife got the lobster risotto she enjoyed it. We also shared a millionares baked potato and was also amazing. The drinks weren't the best but everything else was great. They also gave us a complementary desert which was also delicious.“
“Great restaurant for a reasonably priced steak or seafood dinner. I have stopped here twice now in 2 years on short stays, and both times the food was excellent and had service to match. I recommend the prime rib as well as the ribeye. The 12oz ribeye is bone out, so you actually get 12oz of meat.“
“It was date night for my wife and I. We typically don't get to go out as much as we'd like to so we typically don't venture outside of our normal spots. However, we decided to try out Kirby's for the first time. OUTSTANDING! The food was very good. It's what you'd expect to pay for a good steakhouse so the price's were not surprising. Erin was our server and gave us the best service we ever received at any restaurant. By far the greatest first experience we've had. We will be back and request her every visit.“

“We had a long layover in Dallas and decided to go out and have some real Texan food and—as this steakhouse is well known in the state—it was the obvious choice for the evening. The cocktails were delicious and strong, the all-you-want inhouse made bread is one of the best I've ever tried in a restaurant and what can I say of their perfectly cooked and tasteful steak... It was the perfect choice for our short stay in the city.“
“Have not been to Saltgrass in a while, this location is near me so I stopped in and had my favorite, the chopped sirloin with grilled onions, mushrooms and conac sauce, it was excellent, cooked a little more done than I like but the flavor was awesome, Hector our server was spot on, friendly and punctual. Nice atmosphere, all in all one of the best dining experiences I have had in sometime.“

“I normally sit at booths but it was a little busy and we didn’t want to wait so we decided to sit at the bar and I’m so glad we did. The gentleman at the bar was so nice and friendly and even got some laughs out of us along with a few other couples that sat at the bar near us. I wish I would’ve remembered his name. “We came in to celebrate my granddaughter’s 13th birthday. We only waited 3 minutes before we were seated. The hostess was polite and courteous. Our wait staff, Ramona, was amazing and kept our every need and want fulfilled . The manager was attentive and so very kind. The restaurant was immaculate. The atmosphere was so very comfortable. We will be returning in the future and bringing friends.“
“Outback steaks are always good. My favorite is the filet, but I doubt anything on the menu is a disappointment. My wife prefers little meat if any, but suggests Outback for the bread, salads, and vegetables. Service is always great, and our most recent visit was no exception (thanks, Phillip!)“

“We came right before 7 on a Monday. They seemed busy but that didn't affect the service. Our waitress Stephanie was AMAZING. She kept the rolls coming, made sure our glasses were never empty and ensured our food was perfect as ordered. We ordered the catfish platter with loaded steak fries, chicken fritters with a loaded baked potato and 8oz sirloin with the baked potato. Our entrees included side salads and the dressing was thick and creamy...Pause! The top shelf margaritas are super strong as well. Id definitely come back to this location the staff and the vibes is too notch.“
“We dined in at saltgrass in grapevine a few weeks ago. The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we arrived and we were seated at a table quickly. We ordered a few appetizers and our meal at the same time. Everything came at once and filled our table. Normally this wouldn’t be too much of an inconvenience however, dining with small children this did create a bit of a problem trying to enjoy the food and keeping the kids from making a mess. We asked for the manager and was greeted by Jasmine shortly after. She removed the meals from the table for us and allowed us to enjoy the appetizers and soup and salad that came with our meals before brining back nice, hot, correct temperature steaks and sides after we had enjoyed our first course. We were very impressed with her ability to see the conflict and provide a fast and reasonable resolution for us. We were very satisfied with the overall presentation and delivery of our meal and experience. Thank you Jasmine. We will definitely be back to see you!“
“We dont eat here too often, but we have never had a bad experience. Wait time in evening can be long some days 40+mins, best to call ahead for a reservation. Either way the food is so worth it.Parking: Good amount of parking in front and sides but considering its next to other businesses its shared parking. Have had to park in front of the offices in the far back before on busy nights.Kid-friendliness: Its a loud environment, so I say its kid friendly for those who worry about their kids being loud and disturbing others dinners.Wheelchair accessibility: Not many areas accommodate wheelchairs but it is possible to make it work. A bit crowded in area we sat for having a wheel chair but it can happen.“
