“Went in for dinner and we were immediately greeted and quickly taken to our table. It was busy, but the place was clean, no sticky floors. Ambiance was nice and had a cozy feeling. Our server was very attentive and helps us with the selection process. Food was delivered pretty quickly considering it was a large order. Food quality was excellent, cleans and tasty. Food has flavor and was hot out of the kitchen. Overall great experience, recommend it. But call in for large groups as this is a popular spot.“

“Wow! Outstanding experience! Jessica and Isabella are amazing servers and keep us coming back! The bartenders are probably the best in Ashburn ! The service is amazing and consistent. Probably had the best bone-in ribeye I've had in my life! My new fav restaurant ! They also treated my 6 year old like a princess and gave her so much attention on Valentine's Day! It was the sweetest.“

“I came late because I thought it was open from 4 o'clock, but it's okay to come early because it starts at 11 o'clock on weekends.I'm already very satisfied with the signature menu, the cactus blossom ( fry), and the bread and lemonade before the steak comes out.We ordered a medium-rare handcut 8oz and signature rib eye, and caesar salad, butter sweet potato, spy soup, and rice for the side.??? The meat juice was very alive, and above all, the meat and sides were very fresh. (It seems to be because of the good turnover.)It was my first visit, and the server was kind. And even though I ate this much, I was very satisfied that it didn't exceed 100 dollars, including 20 percent tips.“

“Delicious ribeye, bone-in, cooked right. Not a long wait, but lots of people wanted steak that night. Delicious whole grain bread and butter, crunchy Caesar salad, and wonderful loaded baked potato. Enough meat and potato for breakfast the next day!“

“It is a surprisingly simple restaurant design. No particular theme like the decorations in Outback or Longhorn. A place to go for for food. The steaks were cooked appropriately and the appetizers were well done. The service was attentive and quick and I didn't feel pressure to have us get out to free up a table. They also did an elegant plate with "Happy Birthday" that was a very nice touch.“

“This location made my first time experience OUTSTANDING. I visited Valentine’s Day for Dinner with my family. My waitress and her female manager made our experience so pleasant. We’ve been fortunate to eat out high end steak locations throughout the DMV and let me tell you this place isn’t far behind on their food and meat cuts. But, they are definitely #1 in customer service and overall experience!Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the restaurant ages 2-14.“

“Mea culpa! Just went to their sister franchise off of Dumfries Road last night and had a good meal with great service and personal attention from management on the floor. Our small group left full and very happy, and Xavier gave us excellent service! That young man deserves a raise! But all this was at the Dumfries/Lake Ridge location. The original 3.star review here was for Bourbon Boulevard (smh) Very sorry, don't know how I messed that up. The photos attached are from Bourbon Boulevard as well. I hope that helps“

“Street parking across the street is only for 1 hour. They do have valet right in front of the restaurant. It seemed they didn't have enough wait staff so the ordering took a while. Food was great! The lobster bisque was amazing. Lobster tail was delicious.Parking: Street parking is only limited to 1 hour.“

“We were there for my Wife's birthday and she really enjoyed everything. Diana was our waitress and she was amazing. Everything came out hot and fresh even the deserts. Highly recommend the 16 oz Ribeye and OMG the Oyster Rockefeller was amazing.“

“I visited recently with a friend and we both loved it. We didn't drink much so I can't comment on the beverage experience, but the food, service and environment were great. The live music was fantastic too - not too loud, not too soft. We were able to enjoy it while having a comfortable conversation and our ears weren't ringing when we left. We shared a couple plates, so I got to sample several items and I enjoyed everything I ate. Some other reviews mentioned price concerns. While I agree it's expensive, everything's getting more expensive in this economy and the portion sizes are on the larger side (excluding something like a steak, where the size is known). Taxes, regulations, policies are driving cost up for everyone and I think their pricing is reasonable for the quality, quantity, service and environment they're offering. Thank you Bourbon Boulevard for a great night. I'm looking forward to coming back!“

“Since I live in Maryland, the traffic congestion caused by construction of the American Legion Bridge across the Potomac River has discourage me from visiting this lone Texas de Brazil location in Metro DC. Since my last visit two years ago, the restaurant has modified its menu to accommodate vegetarians and others who aren't interested in the meat-heavy traditional Brazilian BBQ experience. For a price almost half that of the main meal, the restaurant now offers unlimited access to the salad bar, plus a side table containing lobster bisque, rice, au gratin potatoes, and fish stewed in coconut milk. The offering is a great alternative. The service is still fast and attentive even without the constant visits by the meat servers.“

“Eddie Merlot's Steakhouse in Ashburn offers a nice array of culinary delights amidst a beautifully adorned ambience. The Hot Appetizer Platter featuring Barbecue Shrimp?, Maryland Crab? cakes, and Filet Mignon pot stickers, was an absolute standout! Each bite was a symphony of flavors perfectly complementing one another. Even though the French onion soup leaned towards the sweeter side, it's rich depth of flavor still delighted the palette. The Hamburger ?, crafted from a blend of two distinct beef varieties, paired flawlessly with the spectacular crisp fries. However, the service left something to be desired. The bartender seemed disinterested and lacked attentiveness. Despite inquiring about the onion soup which was meant to proceed the meal, it was dismissed without much acknowledgment. Nevertheless, the drinks were well crafted, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The atmosphere was enchanting, with delightful music and exquisite decor setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. Despite the minor hiccup in service, the exceptional quality of the cuisine ensures my return to Eddie Merlot's. The food truly transcended expectations and left an indelible mark, making it a destination worth revisiting.“

“This incident happened on the afternoon of 3/29. Food was good but the waitress came and asked for tips ?. Never seen anything like that. While ordering food in the app I opted to pay the tip in cash, even before we could finish the food she came and checked that she did not see any tip in the receipt & why was that. Later when she realized that we I’ll tip in cash she tried to be nice but damage was all done by that time. Very bad service & unprofessional indeed.“
