“This place was a pleasant surprise! We're not hugely impressed by most Chesterfield Asian food restaurants, but the price was fair for the portion, the food was satisfying (though I think some things that are vegetarian are still cooked with oils used for meats, solely based on the taste of our fried rice) and the sushi was actually very good! The hibachi box combos I personally enjoyed though my wife was less impressed (as a vegetarian). I personally would be happy to go again soon!“

“I order or sit at Miyabi almost every week. Everything I have ever ordered always tastes and looks amazing in my opinion. Everyone is always friendly and I love how they remember my face now, so whenever I come in they bring me my food instantly when it’s ready. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality sushi, hibachi and etc.“

“Tried a new sushi place when we were out and about in Richmond. This tiny little spot was highly rated and reviews mentioned fresh fish so we chose to go here. THE REVIEWS DID NOT LIE! Every single bite we had was amazingly fresh, the sashimi portions were great, and the waitress (didn't catch her name, but a very nice blonde lady, says she's there every night) was great with recommending a delicious sake. On point with snagging us anything we needed right away, despite having a restaurant full of guests. The two sushi chefs were spot on, and this place also has a really cool Sky Roll (i think) made with cucumber wrap and no rice. That was not only cool but it was delicious. We will definitely be back again, worth every penny! The food was so good that I didn't even get pictures, we just dug right in! *NOTE: The only reason we spent about $50 or a smidge more per person is because my husband and I can REALLY do work on some ngiri or sashimi. “I have been coming here for years. My husband and I love to do this as a date frequently! We each order a Sumo Attack and start with the rock and roll shrimp. It’s a ton of food so make sure you are hungry. The chef chooses the cuts of fish and it’s never a let down (for true sushi lovers!) I think my sister even had her 21st bday party here!“

“Even if you're not particularly a fish person, their other food is absolutely amazing. I almost want to move to RVA so I can have their gyoza and chicken basil thai dish everyday ? we actually went back a second time and tried the chefs choice Sashimi as well and again it did not disappoint in the slightest! Both times, the staff were amazing, incredibly helpful, and accommodating (one visit was with a large group (10) the other was just my boyfriend and I). Very reasonably priced as well! “I live Yoshi Sushi! They have always given me great service and very tasty food. I worked with sushi restaurants for about 10 years and I can say that the quality is great for the price. I always get the Tropical roll, it’s like dessert. The sushi rice is delicious, cooked just right. Nothing worse than sushi with overcooked rice. The foods that come from the kitchen are also great. Shrimp and veggie tempura, hibachi, and yaki soba are among my favorites.“

“I LOVE this place! I am a regular. The staff is so great. The woman that greets me up front is always so friendly and attentive. The food is good and it comes out fast. The lunch prices are great! “I didn’t get my miso soup till it came with the check, but I survived, since the Maki combo was a steal. Basically eighteen pieces of sushi for eighteen dollars! The fish was freshhhh and I was a happy gurl after my meal. It was a little slow, but the staff was getting stuff done!! I support Osaka, and I would 100% chow down on that maki combo again ???? ? “

“We had the entire restaurant to ourselves for a little and the customer service was great!!! Even after some customers came in, our customer service was still good. The margarita was delicious and we loved the giant single ice cube in it. The sushi rolls were on the small side, but happy hour price Maki rolls are not bad. The restaurant is well decorated and has cute vibe inside. It was an easy stroll from the canal walk to the restaurant. Food was good. Not the best best taste and quality of Thai food that we have had. 5 for service and atmosphere“

“I've been a long time customer of this place! They've come to personally l knowing me! I've always given good word! Always reliable! Food is amazing. Great quality. Restaurant is very clean and tidy. It is a smaller restaurant, so if you come with the group, I would call in advance. And when they get busy, they get busy!! Cheaper than sushi places in old town Petersburg , but the quality surpasses the price! They have other things other than sushi based on the teriyaki and hibachi dishes! I love their fried mochi !“

“Everything was delicious. So, of course, the fish was fresh and expertly prepared.But out from left field! The tofu agedashi. Fried cubes of tofu in a delicious broth. When I'm in the mood for an appetizer, I have tofu Age. Love tofu agedashi. Probably every other visit to sushi joints nearer me. Here, I ordered a second one. Like a maniac, two tofu age?! “We tried the teriyaki chicken, beef, and shrimp. The chicken was the most flavorful; however, the other two were still delicious. We watched them cook all our food fresh and service was great. They also give you large portions. If you like teriyaki flavor and rice, you'll love this place. They also have sides and deserts, but unfortunately we didn't try any of those. “Food is always, always top tier! Steak is always cooked well like I ask but far from tough! Chicken I always juicy and the rice and veggies are way fresh! For the price and portion, you can eat off it 2 times or share! When I order extra meat, omg crazy size and for $30 I’ll take it anytime! Yum yum sauce is perfect literally. I’m super picky about my food and I drive all the way across town to eat here on a regular! The store can get a little packed because they stay busy but it’s well worth it!Parking: Lot is small and they are by a lot of other busy places. “Good location. Simple decor. And easily accessible kiosk for ordering while the owners cook away in the kitchen that is open to viewing. Food is cooked just right, the sauce gives all the food elements a great flavor profile. I may like this more than Teriyaki Madness.“

“One of my fav go to spots to grab something quick and cooked. Its mainly carryout and the parking in the area can be a little scarce at times. The food is tasty & portion size reasonable. Only complaint is the salmon size, as its sliced very thin.“

“Located inside the Veil Brewery. There are not a lot of options but unique items. Got some Udon Noodles and Kimchi fries. My buddy got the Korean fried chicken. You make your order and get a buzzer. Not cheap. The food was really tasty. Order at the bar. Lunch drink options, not alcohol are limited. The place is massive. Lots of seating areas. Few Tv's throughout. Very cool vibe, neon light, and rather out of place stuffed animals. They're cool, though, especially the bear and Zebra. Would come back for lunch again.“
