“We went to the restaurant down at the wharf….. To start, the hostess at the front was on her phone and not really paying any mind to the people walking in the door. Come to find out after that was the floor manager. Then we get sat and none of the workers talk about who is in charge of that section. We did. It get me is or silverware. The very nice bartender comes up, gets us some water and menus gets us started and finally the sever comes over to us. The server took our order and checked on us twice. When the food was brought to the table we still didn’t have silverware and had to ask the food runner. Our server had a a ten top when we arrived and she was checking on her the whole time not paying any mind to the other tables she has. It was to the point I had to go up to someone ask for water refill bc both our glasses were empty. We finish our meals that were very good and no one but the bartenders are on the floor. I see our sever walk over to the restroom, she comes out looks at us and sees that we are sitting doing nothing, then walks over to a new 10 top and disappears. It’s at thing point I now have to walk over to the bartender and get our check and they are the ones that cash us out. Thank you to the bartender that took care of us“

“Update: 04/23/2024The manager of the location reached out to me and apologized for my experience and offered to make it right, which they did. I got two new meals and they were both delicious. The host working the day of my visit was very nice. I appreciate a business that takes care of their customers.I really want to leave a 1 star , but I have no idea what happened Monday, so I'm leaving 2. My fiance picked up lunch for us on Monday 10/30/23 and all of it just sucked! I'm an ex chef and I feel that the items we ordered were not freshly made that day and were either bad or going bad. My fiance had really bad stomach pains after eating the food here. The chipotle chicken Philly sucked. Do not order this!We got buffalo chicken dip with chips and the chips were burnt, the fries were undercooked, I got a hot honey chicken sandwich and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We put the dip in the fridge and the next day it has mold growing on it! We have had food in the fridge for a week that does not have any mold on it and we put cooked dip in the fridge for one day and there's mold on it?! It was bad from the get-go! Usually we haven't had any issues here, we've eaten here a couple of times. This is the first time we've ordered out. I think we'll go to the other location in Chantilly from here on our.“

“In town with my family for vacation and ended up here twice! Food, drinks and the service was amazing both times. The kids meals are huge and my son loved his both times. The price of everything is also extremely reasonable, especially with how big the portions are. I would highly recommend this place.“

“This was our first time here. We came for dinner on a Sunday night. Football was on all of the TVs and it was busy with only one table by the door left so we grabbed it. We were greeted right away by a guy bartender and then helped by a woman bartender. Both were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We chose her food recommendations and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. We opted for the wings with their signature ‘beaver sauce’ (I can’t remember the correct name) and my husband had the steak and cheese sammie and I had the French dip! So good! We recommend this friendly local pub.“

“Highly recommend. Owners are also the Chefs. Grinding meat to make fabulous fresh burgers (i had mine with goat cheese & grilled onions). The biscuits & cinnamon rolls delicious. “came here around Halloween and the place was SOO cutely decorated. i got a steak and cheese sub and it was really good, honestly no critiques. this place felt kind of post apocalyptic, but in the best way possible because it was very spooky themed“

“On a grey, drizzley day as I melancholally trudge around the house, I mentioned that I missed British pubs and my husband surprised me and the kids with a "drive". To my HAPPIEST of surprises, he found this beaut; They have cask pull ales and the classic draughts. It made my whimsical heart so happy! Since we had JUST had lunch at home, we celebrated with a sticky toffee pudding AND a bread pudding (and of course a pint each)!Parking: It's just a tight, tricky parking area with not a WHOLE lot of spacesKid-friendliness: They are allowed.“

The two bartenders were super friendly and willing to give out advice on where to go locally.The food and drinks were good and all the other patrons were nice. They have a lot of events weekly, so it seems like a good place to get plugged in socially.“
