“Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. “Such a great choice for a burger. Staff has fluctuated but the ones I have seen working lately are great. The outside seating makes it even more enjoyable. Inside has terrible bright white lighting but the food is great and I’m never disappointed.“

The flavoring might actually be better than Bojanles and Popeyes'. Searching local fried chicken places near me on google's "AI" search, I've stumbled upon little gems like this, reminded me of those gas station in long trips and finding fried chicken stops like this are heaven sent.“

“The gentleman working the cash register and drive-thru window on 6/29 around 12:45 truly deserves recognition. His communication skills are outstanding, and he consistently treats both customers and his team with respect. I was impressed by how calmly and efficiently he handled challenges—whether it was ensuring I received my order in a timely manner or addressing issues like customers not speaking clearly into the drive-thru mic. He maintained a courteous and composed demeanor throughout, always using “please” and “thank you” with genuine sincerity. It's rare to see someone manage a fast-paced environment with such professionalism and kindness. He absolutely deserves a raise or at the very least, acknowledgment for his excellent service.“

“I just had to laugh at the lady blaming bad management for the dining room being closed. She literally had to walk past a dozen signs and ignore the signs all over the door saying dining room closed for remodeling.

“I had a bad experience back in 2021 with the Subway at the oceanfront and hadn’t eaten at one since. I moved to this area last year and felt the urge to try it again. I visited this location and was greeted politely, was given so much respect as a customer, and the food and quality of the ingredients was better than I could have ever asked for. It’s fresh tasting, the staff listen when I say “a pinch of lettuce” (some store just pile it on regardless) and they remember no matter how long it has been since my last visit. I enjoy going there, I actually do. It made me like subway food again after so many years.“

“I would like to suggest that SOME WHERE SOME PLACE on your web page or your store receipts. YOU should tell your customers that the charge will show up on their credit card statement as NPC INTERNATIONAL because i went into panic mode when i saw the charge on my statement knowing I didn't make any purchase today and did not recognize npc, and it was only in the middle of filing the dispute, that the bank told me it was a restaurant and i put two and two together (with the amount charged) and realized it was pizza hut, FROM 3 days ago, and canceled the dispute, no where on the receipt or web site, that i saw, alerts customers to this fact. I am really surprised that pizza hut has not alerted customers to this information.“
