“Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but it’s those little things that make you see customer service is NOT a priority.“

When I pulled into the drive thru, your associate was singing and dancing with a huge smile on his face. I immediately laughed for the first time in months. His joyful demeanor meant more to me than he'll ever know! I really hope he gets a raise because he truly deserves it!! He's one of a kind who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience! “The best chic fil a, ever with the best service, never gets anything wrong, I’ve been a loyal customer since 2009. They’re amazing in all things, very generous and community oriented. I also love their play area for children.

The gentleman took our money and then preceeded to tell us that there was a missing child in the area and what he looked like, his age and that he couldn't speak English. You could have told us have a great day, or do you want fries with that, but you wanted everybody to know that there was a child missing. I respect Bojangles for doing this. “Reasonably priced exceptional hotdogs and sandwiches. There are beers and cakes also. Just a nice little cafe to grab a bite to eat and not feel rushed out the door. The decorations around the walls are a good laugh. I loved eating here, I am just gutted i found it so late in my 3 year posting to Virginia.

I gave this five as it hits the criteria I was looking for. It might not be Michelin starred however it's exactly what you sometimes need. And the awards of best dogs in Virginia beach can't be wrong.“

“By far one of the best local fried chicken I ever had. The chicken was cooked well, smelt great and golden cripsy seasoning on the skin was deliciously amazingly good. The flavoring might actually be better than Bojanles and Popeyes'. Searching local fried chicken places near me on google's "AI" search, I've stumbled upon little gems like this, reminded me of those gas station in long trips and finding fried chicken stops like this are heaven sent.“

“I had multiple cerry out orders. It wasn't a problem. I was greeted with a smile. The order was repeated back for accuracy. Quick, fast, and friendly service. The restaurant was clean. Staff had a clean appearance and wore clean clothing. Overall, it was a great experience. Who has the meats? ARBY'S!!“

That isn't the worst of it all though, the person taking the drive thru order had an attitude along with her direct supervisor to the point when asked about the free apple pies they said we aren't doing that now he talked over her into system. Which wasn't true! This is third or fourth time in numerous weeks of ordering that we were told no and upon the next trip we'd get the free apple pies with the combo meal. The person at the window was rude and shut the window while speaking.
We've been going here for years, and this particular shift is horrible with a degrading attitude toward us as customers.
This trip makes me wonder if I want to go back. Notice the food is great is the service with certain shifts that are issues!“

There’s a young guy working here who mentioned he’s heading to the Navy soon, and honestly, he’s the kind of person who just lights up the room. Every time I’ve come in, he’s got a big smile, a great attitude, and makes people feel welcome without even trying. You can tell he cares. Little things like that stick with you. The gentleman who is named "Wanyan", I completely apologize if I spelled it wrong is the best experience I've had with any fast food location in quite a while. Being a large family that needs multiple items for our order. The gentleman seems to be working all alone but he had no issues completely our order in reasonable time and without any issues. Everything we ordered was there, it was fresh, and all the condiments and utensils were present. Even thought it was just before closing the gentleman made our order with a smile and friendly attitude! To top it all off as he moved us to help other customers with the same grace. He brought our order to us!!! The man is a keeper and I will give him the props he deserves anytime I speak of Arby's!!!“

“So good we ate there 3 times in 6 days. Very friendly staff serving great pizza. Had leftovers for lunch the next day. Tried lasagna one day and it was excellent and of course had leftovers for later that night. Wife tried ham and cheese sub that was very good and took half back to the hotel. Eat in or take out which was convenient as we stayed right across the street. They have subs, pizza, calzones,hot dogs, burgers etc. Large selection of ice cream also . If you can't find something to order you aren't really hungry.“

“I just had to laugh at the lady blaming bad management for the dining room being closed. She literally had to walk past a dozen signs and ignore the signs all over the door saying dining room closed for remodeling.

I blame bad education lol.“

“I would like to suggest that SOME WHERE SOME PLACE on your web page or your store receipts. YOU should tell your customers that the charge will show up on their credit card statement as NPC INTERNATIONAL because i went into panic mode when i saw the charge on my statement knowing I didn't make any purchase today and did not recognize npc, and it was only in the middle of filing the dispute, that the bank told me it was a restaurant and i put two and two together (with the amount charged) and realized it was pizza hut, FROM 3 days ago, and canceled the dispute, no where on the receipt or web site, that i saw, alerts customers to this fact. I am really surprised that pizza hut has not alerted customers to this information.“
