“My wife and I casually stopped by Zoe’s Steak and Seafood restaurant in Va Beach. They welcomed us like old friends despite no reservation and seated us at a table perfectly suited for an enchanted evening. Our waitress, Kate expertly guided us through our options and periodically had little surprise samplers of delectable goodies throughout our meal. My ribeye was cooked to perfection with the sauce and whipped potatoes creating the best flavor and texture I’ve ever experienced in a steak dinner. It was melt in your mouth good. My wife greatly appreciated the equal attention given to the vegetable dishes noting the specific combination of marinated fruits in her salad. The ambiance here is perfect for date night or family dinner to remember. I highly recommend, and we will be BACK.Vegetarian options: As much attention is given to how the vegetable dishes are prepared as is given the main event of the entree. My vegetarian wife was as happy with her meal as I was with mine.“
“Had an early dinner today with my friend. Before we even stepped onto the sidewalk the door swung open and we were greeted with cheerful smile. Our server was awesome. She read off the daily specials like a champ and answered all of our questions. We even received a complimentary shrimp snack before our appetizer even arrived and delicious homemade biscuits. The owner greeted every table multiple times and even cleared plates. The shrimp cocktail was very good and beautifully plated. I had a blacked salmon salad which was equally as tasty. For dessert we had the BEST key lime pie. All of this for under $100 and we were in and out within an hour (granted we did get salad so I’m sure other dishes take longer) i would highly recommend this hidden gem. This is a small restaurant that doesn’t take reservations as we left around 5:30pm the place was already packed and had a 15min wait. Don’t let that hinder you tho! It’s worth it. If i lived In VA beach id be a regular.“

“I got the chicken wings, shrimp fried rice and side of hibachi noodles (forgot to take a picture). The wings I would not get again, they have a sweet taste in the flour which is probably really good on the chicken katsu with the curry. I wasn't expecting it. They were fried perfectly though. The fried rice is really good and look at those nice size shrimp!! ? definitely will be back to try other things on the menu, like their curry lol“
“Easter dinner from Taste of Maine. Being from Massachusetts I miss the seafood dishes immensely. Today, I had the best New England clam chowder!! Even though it’s gone, I can still taste its creaminess. The Haddock was plump and if so tasty. For die hard New Englanders, they carry full belly clams. Can’t wait to try them next.“

I had it for the first time a few months ago, and any time I order it it's like the chefs make it exactly how I had it the first time. They brought a glass of wine before the meal and the server remembered that we wanted it with the meal. It was wisked away and brought at the appropriate time. “Wow !! This restaurant is a hidden gem. It's so beautiful so modern the food is that of New York top-tier steakhouse. As soon as we walked in, we got greeted by beautiful smiles. My daughter even hugged one of the hostess cause she was so sweet. They got us a table right away. The appetizers were superb. The waitress Chloe was the sweetest and the best she was so on point with her knowledge of the menu and top-tier customer service. I had a lemon drop, which was delicious. My husband had an old-fashioned, which was perfection. We started off the artichoke dip 10 /10 my Husband had the skirt steak with rice, avocado, and chimichurri sauce, which was super flavorful I also had the tuna poke amazing! My dinner was the crabcakes with a side of a wedge salad delicious & so fresh! Overall, this is a perfect place to go with friends family or just on a date night. It even is child friendly we were there with our five-year-old daughter, and they gave her a page to color in with crayons. The ambience is very grown and sexy and beautiful. We sat in the bistro, but next time we will sit in the steakhouse in the back for a more formal vibe . My family and I highly recommend this steak house one of the best in the 757 ! “They have a huge menu, almost too large. There are many varieties of burgers. The fries are extra if you want them. They are the standard shoestring fries. They also have several Italian choices such as lasagne, chicken Parmesan etc.I went for lunch and ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a cup of the vegetable beef soup. The sandwich was very good but I did not care for the soup. It was way too salty and had some strange spice in it that I could not identify. Another person who was with me also complained that the soup was too salty. She also a ordered a burger and said that it seemed like it was deep fried rather than grilled.“

I’m allergic to shrimp so I was happy to find that they use separate steamers for the different types of shellfish and that the crab legs and shrimp were not located together (cross contamination). It is on the expensive side, but given the price of a pound of crab legs at a different restaurant, the all you can eat food is definitely worth the price.“
