“Just had a very delicious brunch after church at Driftwood Kitchen on Pacific Avenue! A convenient bonus is they have a parking lot available which we appreciate! Hubs had the salmon Benedict with hash which he thoroughly enjoyed along with a Spicy Margarita, yum! Today's special was red, white & blue pancakes with a side so l ordered that with homemade hash as my side, probably the best hash l've had! The pancakes were on point with the white chocolate chips & fresh blueberries inside and fresh strawberries on top! I would definitely order the same dish again, perfection! The bloody Mary's & mimosas were $5 & tasty! Our server & bar tender, Kat H. was very helpful & kind! We certainly want to go back! Happy Hour 3-6pm, closed Mondays,on Sundays they close at 3pm.“

“My entrée came with 2 sides, so I ordered 2 Caesar salads — but I got charged for the second one without being told it would cost extra. Same thing with the butter… charged without being told. 🤷♀️ Why? I have no idea. That said, the food was good! The lemon meringue ice cream sandwich? DELICIOUS!!! 🍋🍨 Just make sure you ask if anything is extra before you order.“

“We really enjoyed our meal at Dockside Seafood. We sat outside, the view was amazing, right on the water. Watched dolphins jumping and playing and boats, yachts passing thru the entire time. They had a great band that evening. The food was perfect, portions were plenty for a snack later on. Our waitress was awesome. Will be our spot when we visit Va Beach“

“A trip to any beach is not complete without a crab boil lunch/dinner. After reading the reviews Shaking Crab was my pick and it did not disappoint!! Our waitress was wonderful, the crab legs were very good sized, and the taste of the entire boil was even better!! My family decided this was the best crab boil we’ve ever had. Even the popcorn they brought us when we sat down was delicious.“

“Ate here Thursday the 10th, food was tasty. The parking was confusing as there were signs all over of the risk of being towed. Asked someone in parking lot how the restaurant is. They stated very rustic but food is good. Our server Lindsey was awesome. Choice of beer on tap was mostly IPAs, not our favorites. Not many Craft beers available. I got the DB Vienna Lager which is always a good fall back when there's nothing else. The IPA my partner had was your typical grapefruity bitter IPA, not good. We ordered a dozen Clams Casino which were made to perfection! And we shared the Blackened Tuna cooked medium served on a roll. Yummy. It came with a little cup of wasabi a little too intense for our taste buds so we asked for tartar sauce instead. This came with a generous amount of Hush Puppies with butter on the side. I have never been offered butter with my Hush Puppies but I will be asking for it this way from now on, delish. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.“

“I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Crabby Cali Seafood and he is truly a genuine down-to-earth person. Finding out that he’s a military veteran was a big plus for me and definitely added to the experience. The restaurant itself is small and cozy with seating for about seven people which gives it a welcoming personal feel. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. I ordered the Crabby Cali Cake combo sandwich and it was delicious. You can tell care goes into the food the homemade sauce really brought everything together and made the sandwich stand out. Simple flavorful and satisfying. If you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere and quality seafood with a personal touch this spot is worth checking out.“

“Wow! What a hidden gem. We have lived here over 43 years and this by far, the best seafood restaurant we have been to. We were given a gift certificate as a gift and had never even heard of your amazing restaurant. You get 10/10 forks and that is only the second time I have given that high of a rating. We will be back soon, even though its a 40 minute drive to get there! Thank you for everything you offer. Perfection plus.“
