“On Sept 9 2022 my friends visited Carrabba in Williamsburg during our excusion. The server, Laura, was more of a treat than what we could have imagined. She was friendly, acompandating to us, the seasoned ladies. She knew what to say and how to interpret facial expressions. She didn't get upset when a dish had to be sent back. The manager was gracious also. But Laura, is the consummate server and needs to train others on how to be kind to others whether you want to or not. Give her a Raise!!! We will be back.”

“I really enjoyed my trip to Second Street Bistro. It was lovely to spend time with my date here. They have great choices of appetizers, entrees and drinks. I had the loaded cornbread and lasagna. Both were delicious and very filling! I couldn't even finish half of the large servings. Plenty of parking. The staff was attentive without being overbearing. My date and I were not rushed to pay and vacate the table. We enjoyed leisurely meals and drinks and I look forward to returning soon.”

First my matcha boba was the best I’ve ever had, then I was waiting there for my food and they brought me out a little scoop of ice cream just to be nice and then the sushi was so fresh and delicious. All around 10/10 and so clean inside. This place deserves more recognition!!! And to add, I never leave reviews good or bad but best believe, I’m going on every app I can today!”

The Pringle’s ginger beer drink was very good, too. My daughter loved the oysters. It was a wholesome experience with live music and authenticity in the details (even the silverware is made in Williamsburg). It was also a treat to eat somewhere where historical figures dined in colonial times, but also really an art form to serve a menu inspired by recipes from the 1700s (and everything tasted amazing and fresh). The service was pretty impeccable for the whole staff (lots of servers, greeters, and staff).”

The sub bun is perfect and the pastrami serving is very generous and very flavorful and very filling too. The fries serving fills the plate and cooked just right. On our way back home, we stop by again and take a sub with us to enjoy that evening. This Deli has our strongest recommendation.”

We are multi-storefront business owners. Owning a business is hard, owning multiple even harder and even with no power, they gave my family of 5 an amazing experience.

Now, as for the cookies! YUM! Truly homemade with love! They didn't last long at all in our hotel room. Go ahead and order that 12 pack! You won't regret it. The ice cream was the best according to my 3 teens!

“We brought my mother in law here for her first time and let me just say—it was love at first bite. The char-grilled oysters? Life changing. She was mid-sentence and just stopped to close her eyes and savor (I kid you NOT!) that’s when I knew we made the right decision in bringing her to one of our favorite spots. I’ve been coming here with my husband for a while now, and they never miss. We split the grilled fish (always fresh, always flavorful), and we request the chili oil on the side because a little goes a long way. Pro tip: their house hot sauce? We buy it every time we’re there. We also ordered the ceviche (refreshing, balanced, and beautifully plated, and their margarita is one of the few in town that actually tastes crafted—not syrupy. The War & Pisco cocktail was a surprise favorite for my MIL; light, sparkling, with a perfect hint of raspberry and basil. The vibe is cozy but lively, perfect for a date night or introducing someone to your go-to local gem. Every time we visit, the food is consistent, the service is kind but never pushy, and we leave talking about what we’ll order next time.”

We ordered the biscoff tart and phyllo custard. Desserts are a must try here.”

In fact he refers to himself as a connoisseur. His quote was that this is the best chicken alfredo he has had at any restaurant yet. “My wife and I drove down to this location prior to coming down on June 27 with the Girls Scouts. We wanted to see how good the food was and the condition of the restaurant. We weren't that please with the first visit, but we introduced ourselves to the P.O.C and the attitude changed which wasn't a problem. When we drove down a week later with 50 Girls the food was a lot better, and the service was great. The manager stated that she tried the day prior to call workers in to help with the service because not only did they have our 50 to serve but another bus load came in 20 minutes later. I normally don't give 4's or 5's on rating but when you have over 100 ppl to serve plus the other customers they deserve it. The food was up to temperature the 2nd visit and fresh. The 5 servers that was there did an outstanding job!”

Other than that the main lady who was helping us was great! :) She advised me of the taro being made in house and offered a small sample before ordering it. I am very glad she did as I did not like the taro. It was super grainy and tasted like nothing. I went with a thai milk tea with boba and my husband ordered a coffee matcha. I ordered it at 50% ice and 100% sugar, it tasted okay. It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t anything mind blowing. The coffee matcha was ordered at 70% sugar and 100% ice. It was surprisingly good and the coffee taste was perfect. We don’t like our coffee overly sweet so this had a good balance. We also ordered the potato cheese corndog. We purchased two for the price of one through the app. I wouldn’t order it at full price, they were pretty small. The shop was empty so seating was no issue and played a few of their games. I would come back and try more of their menu items.”

“The employees at this Wawa seem so kind and willing to help. I was a little lost the first time I went in and they happily assisted me. I ordered my husband’s favorite dish they have called Mac and cheese aioli at the kiosk. Got a large drink and paid at the cash register. You can show the receipt to the food preparer when you are ready to pick up. They give you a number when you order at the kiosk. It was made fresh and quickly within four minutes. I was impressed. There seems to be a large amount of people that go in to make food purchases and are not just there for gas. It seems to be busy in the mornings for breakfast foods. Luckily they have a lot of parking spaces all around the pumps so you don’t have to get in the way of people waiting for gas. Which I really appreciated and thought it was well laid out. Think the opposite of a Trader Joe’s parking lot. I have been there for gas only several times and I have not had to wait because they have so many pumps available as well. This store is about a mile down the road from an Exxon and a Mobile station, but I have been comparing prices and this station seems to be cheaper each time I look. It’s nice and new and clean would recommend. Also has a great location on the corner of Monticello across the street from the Walmart neighborhood store.”
