“I am sharing my disappointing experience at this establishment, which will likely deter me from returning. The total cost for two adults, including gratuities, amounts to $120.

Regarding the service, we experienced a 10-minute wait before being seated. Upon seating, the setup was incomplete, with only water and menus provided after 30 minutes. Notably, the menu specifies a 60-minute time limit, creating an immediate sense of urgency.

When our server inquired about our preferences, I requested a sampling of all buffet items. Although she seemed perplexed, she assured me that it was acceptable to try everything.

To summarize my review, throughout our dining experience, we received only half of our requested items, with frequent forgetfulness from the staff. Additionally, the complimentary soda required multiple requests. It appeared that the staff was overwhelmed on a Saturday.

For prospective patrons, I recommend visiting during the weekdays.“

“Tacoma Szechuan is a standard favourite of ours, but it's getting more and more expensive (or so it feels!). We ordered delivery and got the beef chow fun, dried cooked string beans, tofu with hot garlic sauce, and one steamed rice. It was 70$ (with delivery and tip)!! The green beans were AMAZING and the tofu and beef were good, but it was too expensive for us to consider eating there twice in a trip.“

“My husband ordered at their kiosk over a week or so ago . Yet he was waiting for a long time for his food to be made . But when they finally started it , they stopped making his order and went to go make others who had just walked in then after they paid they went back to making my husbands order. So don’t order on their kiosk. They will literally put you as low priority. The food is extremely good! So we still go. Only thing I’d like to complain about is the fact that they could do better with their portions . Portions are sometimes inconsistent when it comes to toppings .“
