Every noodle had a soulful chew, cradling a sauce that was clearly simmered for hours—real deal, no shortcuts. This isn't your average spaghetti; this is what happens when ingredients get the respect they deserve. From the first bite of the appetizer to the last spoonful of the exquisite Tiramisu (which is a non-negotiable must-try, by the way), every plate felt so intentional and fresh.
And the service? Our server was amazing, seriously. They weren't just taking orders; they were acting like a super knowledgeable friend, guiding us through the wine list and recommending the absolute best mains with genuine enthusiasm. Music from the venue next door wasn’t a distraction, it was fine. Parking can be difficult. All in all, we will be back for the A+ parts make it way worth the visit.”

About an hour later he got hives. This could be from cross contamination from regular ice cream. I was wondering if you have a policy of only using clean ice cream scoop’s for the dairy free flavors. A larger amount of dairy could cause him an anaphylactic reaction.”

There was a mixup regarding checks with the neighboring table and she had her salad comped, but she didn't understand why. He explained multiple times (who complains that their meal is being comped???!) until he finally said he needed to keep moving to help other diners, and her dining partner actually raised her voice and cursed at him. He should be commended. Our meal was fantastic, steak cooked perfectly, service quick, and sides all correct and accounted for.”

We live about half way between Olympia and Longview, due to traffic we usually go to the Longview Red Lobster. We have had many "ok" dinners at Longview. Yesterday we went to Olympia. The service was great and the food was perfect. The last month has been a rough one and we needed a good night out to relax. It could not have been better, Thank you. (P.S. “It was our 35th anniversary. We were looking to eat some place new and different. After reading all the reviews we were skeptical but decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Service was great. Melissa was pleasant and fast service. Our food was amazing. Husband had stuffed prawns I had chicken. Drinks were good. I’m so glad we went. We will definitely be going back!!”

“I love this place. Yesterday on Halloween we decided to stop here at the South Bay BBQ. I got the pulled chicken sandwich with 2 sides. My fiancé got the half rack of ribs with two sides and cornbread. I also got a side of the pickled eggs they make in house.
It was so good. Unique and balanced flavors that make you keep taking a bite after bite. I usually never finish my plate. But I finished mine and was ready for some more!
Today we decided to stop in again. I got the same thing and got a hot link on the side. (I wish I got a couple hot links cause the flavor was Spectacular)
My fiancé got the smoked brisket with two sides. I was yet again not disappointed. The waitress today and yesterday were so kind and answered all my question. The atmosphere is comfortable!! And before you even walk in you can smell the meat smoking down the road. Like most restaurants it enclosed. This place has a mixer of delicious smoked meat and fresh air since the door to the place was open.
They have an upper loft that hold pinball games and to the left a whole bar.
The meats are to die for. We spend $75 on Halloween & $70 today. They deserve every dollar. I seriously can’t get enough. I’m going to be dreaming about this place until I can get my hands on another plate!

“A lot of people leaving bad reviews don’t understand how all you can eat KBBQ works lol. As someone who eats KKQ often I say their service and food quality are good. Compared to other locations, their price isn’t bad- especially when you go during happy hours. They do not charge per person, it’s PER MEAT which is all you can eat. You are not charged for refills on the meat you originally ordered. If you want to save money, stick to 1-2 proteins. They are good at refurbishing meats and sides. I think it’s a good spot so don’t let the bad reviews with lack of understanding, stop you from trying out their KBBQ. As for their regular food- never tried it lol.”

“Food A+ perfectly cooked generous 12oz NY steak & Blackened rockfish! Flavor excellent on all sides. Server A+, this was our first visit and Victoria helped with all our questions like family. After ordering the wait for food was long but we were in no hurry. It would have been nice to have something to nibble on. We hadn’t expected the wait so we didn’t order bread or salad, everything is extra. The place could use something acoustic to cut the noise a notch, simply voices overwhelm the place. Music from the venue next door wasn’t a distraction, it was fine. Parking can be difficult. All in all, we will be back for the A+ parts make it way worth the visit.”

My bill was $61 after ordering 1 drink, fajita salad and to hold off on the order to go, fajita quesadilla. Instead, she brought it to the table a good hour before we left and said its still warm. She never asked if I was ready to have it made or even leave. When I got home, the to go order was not what I requested, instead, fajitas. Very over priced and disappointed. Did price changes happen on the menu that do not reflect online menu?”

Didn’t realize there was a 18% automatic gratuity added for large groups which is fine but they don’t give you a receipt so you end up giving an extra tip on top of the one already had on the bill. Some of our group questioned this to the server and only then did he admit there was a gratuity added. To me this is deceptive and spoiled the nice experience.”

We were pretty disappointed that the kids menu said chicken nuggets with fries, but when it came out it was chicken tenders. Definitely not the same thing when it comes to kids. The young lady make sure that all the airs out and gives you a filled container but the guy could care less.
