I’m prompted to write today because I got one of my favorites to go two days ago — the bagel and “lox” — and had the first half yesterday and the second today. Incredibly still delicious after two days in the fridge. Kudos to you all.💕”

After ordering the wait for food was long but we were in no hurry. It would have been nice to have something to nibble on. We hadn’t expected the wait so we didn’t order bread or salad, everything is extra. The place could use something acoustic to cut the noise a notch, simply voices overwhelm the place. Music from the venue next door wasn’t a distraction, it was fine. Parking can be difficult. All in all, we will be back for the A+ parts make it way worth the visit.”

I've had pizza time at least 4 times in the last week and I've gotta say the only thing that's off here is the consistency. My wife gets the same thing every time and each time there's something different about her pizza. Not enough toppings, just enough, burnt gluten free crust, cheese doesn't quite taste the same. It's still good but since consistency would be nice.”

“We always sit in the bar and we always receive great service. I want to call out that Matt handled a really rude customer on 12/2/24 with calmness and kindness. There was a mixup regarding checks with the neighboring table and she had her salad comped, but she didn't understand why. He explained multiple times (who complains that their meal is being comped???!) until he finally said he needed to keep moving to help other diners, and her dining partner actually raised her voice and cursed at him. He should be commended. Our meal was fantastic, steak cooked perfectly, service quick, and sides all correct and accounted for.”

“I met with someone today who wanted to learn about spinning on a spinning wheel I had for sale. I had never been to this shop, but we wanted to meet halfway between us, preferably at a locally owned coffee shop. We had a wonderful time, and the coffee was wonderful! And best of all, I found out after we were finished there are gluten-free treats!! I made a new friend today, and we hope to meet once a month. We would love to make this little shop a regular meeting point.”

“Such a great hidden gem! Went here with my family (one celiac and one gluten-intolerant) and we tried almost every scone on offer for the day. The cheddar bacon was a favorite, along with the peach-mango, but everything we tried was fabulous. I can eat gluten, and I'll still say these gluten free scones are some of the best scones I've ever had. The owner and chef is also clearly very passionate about his work and it comes through in the amazing food he's making. An absolute delight. Don't miss this spot if you're visiting Olympia!

“We were overjoyed to happen upon Humble cow yesterday for the first time! We were headed to Cabelas after a fun weekend in Seabrook, when we saw the adorable cow logo and ICE CREAM! It called our name and we were so surprised to see gf + df waffle cones!!! We couldn’t believe it. My 11 year old & I haven’t had one since he was 4.5 years old. My 6 year old & 3 year old have never experienced one til now. We also couldn’t believe there were EIGHT dairy free/vegan options. 6 also being gluten free (we needed both) We have a couple of ice cream shops that we frequent that have a couple options at a time. Often they’re generic options and it’s rare that my kids get to actually stand at an ice cream counter and press their noses against the glass & oooh & ahhh about the safe options available to them. It was truly such a special experience for them all around. Two of my boys didn’t realize a waffle cone was available (because when had it ever been?!) , and once they saw ours wanted one of their own. The kind young man that was working the counter made them warm & fresh for them. I almost brought a pint home, and the only reason I didn’t is I want to go back with the family again soon. The flavors & consistency were perfect. The shop is so cute and the staff was friendly. THANK YOU for giving us allergy families something to look forward to and enjoy. My son was commenting how he felt like a normal kid getting to order an ice cream cone and pick from multiple flavors. Also we really appreciate that you have the vegan flavors in a separate case. It took away the anxiety when ordering. I have an anaphylactic mammal allergy (alpha gal) and am extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I fully enjoyed myself without a single symptom. 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“A clerk at a supermarket recommended this place for discounted gluten-free bread 4 years ago and we have been regular customers since. Good selection of GF breads and pretzels and much larger selection of gluten breads, donuts and other treats. Get a free loaf from a special rack for every $10 spent on that visit. Punch card also available. Huge selection of Franz and misc other baked goods. Friendly staff.”

“This cute restaurant is slightly hidden when you first arrive as my boyfriend and I missed it when we first arrived by GPS. Luckily there was street parking in front of the restaurant and we were able to park just fine and enter the restaurant. We were greeted by our waitress who appears to be the owner and she was very polite and professional with us. She got us waters and menus and gave us the right amount of time to decide what we wanted. My boyfriend ordered the Singapore fried rice with chicken and I got the spicy garlic chicken with peanut sauce with a Thai iced tea.

The inside of the restaurant is cozy and cute. The ceiling has a beautiful pattern of blue skies with little clouds and there is good lighting throughout the restaurant that gives a pretty casual vibe throughout the restaurant. The food came out after some time and it was absolutely phenomenal. My boyfriend loved his fried rice and he also took some of the peanut sauce as he said it was very flavorful. I really enjoyed the spicy garlic chicken and wished it was a bit spicier as I ordered hot but that's fine. The peanut sauce was delightful to put on my meal as well. We thought the Thai iced tea was very refreshing and perfect. I look forward to trying more of the dishes here as we were happy with the food, service, and prices!”

“We do girls nights at West Side El Sarape on a monthly basis. Last night, the chicken was dry in the fajita salad that I ordered. Definitely over priced for a typical salad and some chicken. My bill was $61 after ordering 1 drink, fajita salad and to hold off on the order to go, fajita quesadilla. Instead, she brought it to the table a good hour before we left and said its still warm. She never asked if I was ready to have it made or even leave. When I got home, the to go order was not what I requested, instead, fajitas. Very over priced and disappointed. Did price changes happen on the menu that do not reflect online menu?”

Even though I lived out of the area, my children all loved to stop for an Eagan's burger. To this day they uphold the high standards originally established by Loretta Eagan in the 1960s”

“My favorite little diner in Olympia. The staff are so kind and attentive, they pay attention to their regulars and they work hard to keep everyone happy. (Especially Michelle she is the best!) Anytime you need a good comfort breakfast this is the spot.”

“I can’t believe it took me so long to try IHOP! When our favorite breakfast spot closed down, I was heartbroken. It had been our little tradition for a long time, and I wasn’t sure anything could replace it. But then we decided to give IHOP a chance—and I’m so glad we did.

From the moment we walked in, I could feel the welcoming atmosphere. Everything was sparkling clean, and the energy of the staff was incredible. There were so many people working, each one busy with their own task, yet everything flowed so effortlessly. It felt like a well-rehearsed dance.

And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was comforting and satisfying, the kind of breakfast that makes you want to slow down and savor the moment. The service was so quick and efficient, yet we never felt rushed. It was the perfect balance.

I was so happy there, I honestly didn’t want to leave. It felt like we’d found a new home for our breakfast outings. IHOP has officially won me over, and I can’t wait to go back again and again. It’s not just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From now on, this is our spot.

“Absolutely the best Mexican food in the state! Fast, friendly service with amazing food and drinks!”

“Had great food and a good time until we got our bills. Didn’t realize there was a 18% automatic gratuity added for large groups which is fine but they don’t give you a receipt so you end up giving an extra tip on top of the one already had on the bill. Some of our group questioned this to the server and only then did he admit there was a gratuity added. To me this is deceptive and spoiled the nice experience.”
