“This may be my new favorite Italian restaurant! Came here on a whim and was so impressed. The food was perfect. We got the lasagna and the steak and I can’t decide which was better. Best lasagna I have ever tried, the steak was cooked to perfection. Our server April was so warm and kind! She made our experience that much better. We will be coming here every time I’m craving Italian. Highly recommend for anyone who wants the most authentic tasting Italian food ever!”

“We had such a great experience at Bahama Breeze that we ended up coming back twice, simply because the food was that yummy. From the moment you walk in, the restaurant feels like a relaxing tropical escape. The space is open and welcoming, with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, colorful island style murals, greenery, and warm lighting that creates a very comfortable and cheerful atmosphere. It is the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease and want to take your time and enjoy the experience.

The food was consistently delicious on both visits. We ordered shrimp tacos, a veggie burger with fries, and the crab dip as an appetizer. The shrimp tacos were fresh, flavorful, and generously filled, with sauces and toppings that worked really well together. Each bite was satisfying and well balanced. The veggie burger was a pleasant surprise, very tasty, filling, and served with crispy fries that were cooked just right. The crab dip was rich, warm, and comforting, served with plenty of chips, and it quickly became one of our favorite items. It was honestly one of the main reasons we decided to return again.

The drinks were refreshing and complemented the food nicely, adding to the tropical feel of the meal. Service was friendly, attentive, and smooth on both visits. The staff made us feel welcome and gave us space to enjoy our time without rushing us.

Overall, Bahama Breeze is a great choice in Seattle for a relaxed lunch, a casual dinner, or a fun get together with friends or family. When a restaurant makes you want to come back again just for the taste, atmosphere, and overall experience, that says a lot. This is definitely a place we would happily visit again.”

We ordered Pho Tai and Pho Nam, grilled pork Bahn mi, a bunch of egg rolls, and the sweet and sour pho, which was amazing if you like to explore flavors, dont shy away from it! All of our food was great, there were no complaints from anyone. 10/10 for these guys, a true hidden gem in Tukwila, WA! Fair warning: their chili oil is no joke. I would buy jars of this stuff. “I’m staying at the hotel just across the street, and I couldn’t resist stopping by this gem! Let me tell you, it was an absolute thrill! I ordered the Chicken & Katsu along with a side of egg rolls, and wow, did it blow me away!

The chicken was cooked to absolute perfection! Instead of drowning in teriyaki sauce, it had this fantastic coating that gave it an incredible sweet teriyaki flavor while keeping it moist and packed with that delicious wok taste.

And the katsu? Oh my goodness! It was breaded to perfection, delivering that legendary Katsu crunch in every single bite! The in-house-made Katsu sauce added just the right touch of sweetness, making it an unbeatable combination.

As for the egg rolls, they were pure bliss! Crispy, crunchy, and bursting with flavor, they absolutely hit the spot!

“I’ve been here a few times and the food has always been great. This time, however, the service was slow. I asked the waitress for an extra plate so I could share the papaya salad with my mom and her friend, but it took a long time for the plates to arrive. We eventually decided not to wait and ate the papaya salad with the rest of our food, which ended up being messy because of the fish sauce.

Aside from that, the food was still very good. For those who don’t like raw vegetables, I wouldn’t recommend the papaya salad, as it can be hard on the stomach—especially if you’ve recently had gallbladder surgery. I mention this because I didn’t realize my mom’s friend couldn’t eat raw food, so sticking to soup is a better option. Their soup is very good, and we really enjoyed it.”

“The Filipino deserts app has mold. Brought these to a party and thank God it was discovered by my guests at the party. Called to get a refund and below me off as a joke. Mind you my wife and I live one hour away and demanded that we bring back the product that was purchased back to them to inspect. I have been purchasing deserts from them for over 35 years and spend a lot of money. So sad and no accountability and glad no one got sick. I will be letting the San Bernardino health dept know of this crooked establishment not following State and court health codes.”

I buy the deep discounted products, breads, bagels, desserts, etc when I plan on using them quickly, it's well worth it for nearer to the expiration date. I buy the other, not near expiration, for every day use, but still at a lower cost than at our grocery store. They have lots more Organic and Gluten-free options than other stores, as well.”

“I recently visited Big Orange in Southcenter, excited to try one of their signature boba teas. I went with the piña colada flavor, and while it was good, it leaned heavily into a coconut profile. If you’re a coconut lover, you might really enjoy it, but it wasn’t quite what I expected.

The atmosphere was nice, and they have a big, eye-catching orange sign that makes them easy to spot. The staff were friendly and efficient, which was a plus.

One thing to note is that the price was about $11, which felt a bit steep for a single drink. Next time, I might try a different option from their menu before deciding!”

The price / portions were also spot on in my opinion. I ordered the chicken Kati. Thank goodness they actually had the bitter bread. The portions are on the larger side. I had enough for a second meal later in the day. Yes, it was so good I couldn't wait to eat the rest. Usually I save left overs for the next day.

Since I got this food to go, I'll keep my review rating to just rate the food. The parking is pretty bad with only about 8 parking spots, but at least they have do have dedicated parking. I showed up at 9 am and the parking lot only had one space left just for me. There was already several people inside eating. Even more came and went while I waited.

The interior needs a full make over in my opnion, but it's all fairly functional. Also their drinking water situation was confusing as they didn't even off me water with my meal. Maybe that was my fault. I originally asked for my food to go but mentioned that I was so hungry I was gonna eat some as soon as they handed it to me. So they decided to give it to me on a dine in plate.

Don't come for a fancy date night or even to impress anyone. Unless you explain the interior design situation ahead of time.... it's like eating at an old uncle or grandparents house.

Their service is fairly average, but the employees are a super chill vibe. A lot of customers had very lengthy conversations with the teller regardless if they were ordering, just hanging out, or already done eating.

Honestly I've been thinking about going back all week. Next time I'm in the area, stopping in for a plate will be a must.

“Absolutely love MOD Pizza in Tukwila—Hands down one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. This place checks every box. Not only is the food consistently amazing, but it’s also one of the healthiest fast-casual options around. I genuinely wish more restaurants held themselves to the same quality and standards that MOD does.
Their salads are top-tier, fresh, loaded, and flavorful and the best part? They don’t nickel-and-dime you for every ingredient. You can add what you want without extra charges, which is exactly how it should be. That alone sets MOD apart and is a huge reason why it’s always been one of my favorite places to eat.

On top of the great food, I really respect that MOD Pizza supports second-chance employment and gives opportunities to people with backgrounds. That says a lot about their values and makes supporting them feel even better.
