We love everything, especially the specialty "House roll" sushi, noodles, fried rice, and Xiao long boa (dumplings)! The food is fresh, it tastes very good, and you get a good-sized portion. ?“
“Wow such great food and service! I think this has officially become my favorite pho spot in Vancouver and I've tried almost every pho place. The broth was delicious and the salad rolls with the peanut sauce were sooo good. They are also family friendly which I appreciate. Definitely will make my way back here again!“

“We've been coming here for a long time now, and it quickly became our weekly pho place. We always order the beef pho (combo and steak), and it's consistently amazing! The family who runs this restaurant are lovely, wonderful, and hardworking people. Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already, and we absolutely recommend their beef pho and bahn mi's!“
“We just tried this place and it was fantastic! We had the spicy pork chow menu and house special fried rice, and they did not disappoint! Simple flavors, great noodles, and great portions combined with fantastic customer service have made this place our go-to for Asian takeout. Definitely have a regular set of customers in our home. “The Noodle Bar answers the question of where to eat near the mall. The Pad See Ew is delicious with a deep flavor. A wonderful dipping sauce is served alongside the pot stickers. The Thia iced tea is worth ordering!Since finding The Noodle Bar two weeks ago, we've eaten there twice and picked up an order. The Baa Mee Moo Dang was packaged in two containers where the broth was separate. It traveled well and didn't spill after it was dropped on the counter at home.It's clear the owners love what they do and I look forward to eating there again.Update 2024Still delicious??“
“Popped into the new location in downtown Gresham tonight. It’s so nice to see the cuisine options evolving. We tried a handful of items and were very pleased with the quality, flavor and value we received. The XLB were savory, deliciously soupy and tender. The clear shrimp dumpling (har gow) were plump. the wrapper was soft, smooth and not slippery at all! The pork shu mai were packed with perfectly seasoned steamed pork. Paired with the chili crisp, these were so good. The bbq pork bao were next level. The filling was moist and flavorful while the outer bun itself was fluffy, soft and delicate. Perfect Combo! The crispy pork belly was exactly as described. Super crispy! The meat was tender and flavorful. We were also given a chocolate mousse to try. boy was I pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t too sweet but was so fluffy and perfectly chocolatey. Hap steam is quaint and cozy. Few seats inside may be an issue for bigger parties. Restaurant is clean and staff is very kind. We will be back.“
