“My husband and I used Tall Guy and A Grill for our wedding in early February. I can’t recommend them enough- the initial Zoom call was great, we really felt like they wanted to get to know us and our vibe so they could best match it. We attended one of their tastings and it was very well organized and the food was phenomenal- all options! It just confirmed our choices and made us even more excited for the big day. During cocktail hour, they made sure we got to try every app. During dinner, our lead caterer Betsy personally made sure we had drinks and apps at our sweetheart table and checked on us the perfect amount. Our guests raved about the food- especially the short ribs and maple glazed carrots. The set up and clean up was so smooth I never even noticed it. We had a special milk request for our dessert table and they made it happen no problem. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for your wedding!“

“I wish the occasion could have been more upbeat; however, my friend held her late husband's memorial service at Emerald City. I have done take out but never ate inside. It's a very nice hall that I would rent for a medium size group.It's not easy to prepare good quality food for a party - especially when it is fried. However, they did an incredible job. The fried chicken and fish was piping hot and had great flavor. I dislike when breaded items don't have flavor but they rocked it.Mashed potatoes and gravy? Yes please! I loved the spread - they even had french fries to go with the battered cod.“

Even the vegetarian option is surprising to your staunchest of omnivore friends. The elotes side dish is the best way to eat corn since being on the cob. The cactus salad is a southwest experience even a child would enjoy. The spaghetti and meatballs are better than my grandma used to make with just enough spice to please the adults. The chicken Alfredo tastes like a night out at a restaurant. No cheese substitute here, only the best of ingredients with pasta cooked to perfection. If you are in need of a catered meal, give Jan and Pedro a call. You won't be disappointed.“

“Coming from the south, I have been looking for great bbq for almost a year now. This is definitely the best I have found in the Milwaukee area! Their pulled pork, burnt ends, and even their shrimp and grits were to die for. ALL of their sauces were amazing as well! However, the brisket was well over cooked and not much flavor at all. No bark, no juice, and was like eating a tender piece of jerky. BBQ is not a Midwest thing I have come to find out, but other than the brisket this is the closest you are going to get around here! All the servers were great, and made excellent drink recommendations. The inside of the restaurant has a very "Nashville" feel, too. We will be back!“

“Brittany and the Brim team were great to work with! We had a 50 person party and provided our guests with a sit down lunch. We even changed our order significantly a week before the event and the Brittany made sure the change was very smooth. Everything tasted great and our guests had nothing but positive things to say. The delivery came on time and was set up very quickly. Brim even was accommodating in their pick up of materials the day after the event. Highly recommend.“

“Great options! This place is all about adding floor to chicken. The chicken breast seems of great quality and is always fresh. I like the kuala chicken with rice and also the Buffalo chicken with fries and ranch. Expect to wait 5-7 minutes as they make this fresh! Also serve boba which my friends order often.“
