I took delivery in a bag and ate it immediately. I will definitely visit again. “I absolutely LOVE Bernie's. Simple, delicious menu. Extraordinary taste in every dish (I've had almost everything on their menu). Fine dining atmosphere and super friendly staff. Bernie and his family are super sweet and love their customers, making sure they are pleased with their meals. I suggest trying them out if you've never been. If it's the weekend, make a reservation!! My favorite meal is the Chicken Parm meal, sauce on the side, with mostacolli buttered, garlic noodles with garlic bread. They have Italian bread that's delicious and their cheesy bread is fantastic! I always have Pepsi, but they have wine, beer, and cocktails. Enjoy!! “Just finished an incredible Fat Tuesday/early Valentine’s dinner at Sturinos! The eggplant Parmesan was the best I’ve ever had! The eggplant was sautéed and seasoned perfectly with a nice topping of Parmesan and mozzarella. Usually the eggplant has so much breading that you hardly taste the eggplant itself. This was just perfect. My husband had the meatloaf special and loved it. The mashed red-skin potatoes were delicious and the meatloaf was flavorful and moist. Everything is homemade and fresh. One of our favorite restaurants in the area!“
“I'll admit, I was a little thrown off that s pizza place also had sweets, but it works! Not only that, but both are actually really good. Sauce is nice with a hint of sweetness - which works well, especially if you're getting pineapple on your pizza. Yes, pineapple DOES belong on pizza. Have had the chocolate covered Nutter Butters and the s'mores bark - VERY good! My favorite pizza place in Racine.“
“They did a wonderful celebration for a baby shower in one of their reserved rooms. I was very impressed, they even had cloth napkins ?. Pizza's and salad ? very nice variety of pizza's and they were good. We will plan to come back sometime “
“Great food in a homey atmosphere, fantastic service. They have changed the recipe of their chicken fettuccini however. It has really Smokey flavor which three of the people at our table did not like. We have been going there for years, some of us for what we think was the best fettuccini anywhere around. Why they changed it we do not know but we won’t go back and order that again. The mom used to make the sauce and I guess somebody thought it would be good to mess with perfection.“
“I’ve gotten Nonnas twice before. The first time the pizza wasn’t crispy at all and it was kind of disappointing, however the second time was much better. The sauce is awesome and crust is good when it’s crispy. Paid about $16.50 for a Large with one topping. They charge about $1 more if you pay with a card.“
“Ordered the 14" cheese pizza with pepperoni, sausage and bacon. When it arrived I was in disbelief, this thing was not 14", it was closer to 16! The thin crispy crust and pizza sauce they use made this the best pizza I have ever had. I ate the whole thing with 2 pints of spotted cow, which made a great combination. As a first time customer, if I'm ever back in the area I will be visiting again.“
“The antipasto salad is great along with the bruschetta and pizza cannot be beat! We ordered the Calabrese pizza along with a sausage, cheese and mushroom pizza. The appetizers were great! The only thing better was the service by a woman named Winter who was very accommodating and friendly to our party of four. She should be proud of her work and also was extremely polite!“
