“Despite this being one of our favorite dinner options, I realize now I've never actually reviewed them (outside of the brunch pop-up, which I still think should be a permanent on their menu). We went on the Saturday evening of St. Patrick's Day and it was jam packed! Fortunately it wasn't too long of a wait for a table. The back patio was open, but it seems they are no longer allowed to have heating elements back there, so on a chilly day, you will definitely feel it. They do have some blankets you can borrow if you choose to mingle in the patio. I got their gin and jam drink called Rude Barb and my husband got their Old Fashioned. The Old Fashioned was on the sweeter side, which he loved. My gin and rhubarb jam cocktail was out of this world! It was definitely a spring cocktail, which made me forget about the very much not spring weather outside. Between the two of us, we shared the buffalo cauliflower, the Brussels sprouts, and the produce root fries. The buffalo cauliflower is top tier. The buffalo sauce is incredible and the blue cheese dip it comes with gives it a really nice tang. The Brussels sprouts will make any vegetable hater double think their choices. It's piled high and seems endless, which is great because it will leave you coming back for more. The root fries were a new for us and it might be a new favorite. Each fry was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We chose to get it with a side of cilantro crema and it worked beautifully. I would highly recommend this dish! There are also different board and card games available for you to borrow while you drink and/or dine. It's always a good time here!“

“Between Three Lions Pub and its sister bar - Red Lion Pub, I’ve been many times. The food is always excellent with a good selection of draft beers (the fish and chips is top notch and I personally recommend pairing it with a Smithwicks). For any soccer fans out there, it’s definitely the place to watch the game! The bartenders and servers are all fun yet attentive. The place is clearly the kind of pub that has its cast of regulars, which is always a good sign in my book. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly with booths, tabletop, and bar seating. It’s a proper British pub. There is readily available street parking as well.“

“Everything I ordered was REALLY tasty. I can be kind of hard to please, but everything was made really well. I was especially delighted by the chicken butternut and mushroom soup. “Food and drinks were great, everything we had was 10/10, and service was incredible too. It was easy to book a reservation online, and our server was extremely knowledgeable about both the food and drink menus, and was able and willing to offer specific recommendations for us based on our requests/feedback. Parking was a little tough, but we did visit on the same night as a Brewers home game, and it still wasn’t terrible (no worse than anywhere downtown or Bay View or the East Side. Overall, it was a great experience and the price point was dead on - not “cheap” but certainly not overpriced; I’d come back any time.“

“Went here for the first time yesterday for a family members birthday. Not the best atmosphere at all. The place is kind of dark and the decor is really dated. But the service was great. Majority of The food items we selected to share were really good. The cocktails were amazing as well. I am not a huge fan of sharable plates. But I enjoyed the restaurant.“

“Every trip to Mad Rooster is excellent. I may get loud for some people, but that is because everyone enjoys themselves there. The food quality and preparation is top notch, and they hosts and servers are always helpful and pleasant. Come early or be prepared to wait, and the parking lot is limited, but there is an adjacent lot very close by. The Mad Style Yogurt is a signature of there’s in my opinion, and I always enjoy the savory selections. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“My go to is usually a almond chai or Jolly Green Jenny, a single maple-syrup laced crepe and a side of tofu scramble. Together they satisfy all my sweet salty and savory cravings with a comforting hot beverage. It’s always civilized in there, everyone keeping their voices to a mellow decibel and the greenery all over in the living walls is over the top beautiful. In the summertime it’s gorgeous outside. Michael and his staff are always hospitable and polite and you feel like they’re family taking care of you. It’s a terrific little gem tucked away in a sweet spot. Go there for healthy ish eats but mostly go because it feeds your soul.“

“Our first visit to Lebnani House, we will definitely be back. Food was delicious, the menu is large with lots of options. Our server, Kenza was fantastic. She gave us time to review the menu and described her favorites. I had the mixed grill, with three types of meat, my wife had the grilled mahi mahi fish fillet with tahini sauce. Both were fantastic. Can’t wait to return and try some of their other options.“

“Took myself out to breakfast for my birthday and I had to check out the all vegan cafe! I have been vegan for 7 years now and I have never found anything like this! I had a veggie scrambler and mango tango fusion smoothie and both items were so good! And then they brought me a slice of vegan chocolate cake for my birthday dessert. “We were lucky enough to get in this restaurant tonight. This food was sooooo good! Serbian stuffed peppers, probably the best I've ever had! We also had Sarma, Raznjici and Chevapchichi. If you go to Milwaukee, eat here!!!! (but definitely make a reservation!) This was seriously one of the best restaurants I've been to in awhile. And our server (Tanya) was so helpful and friendly, we will definitely be back next time we are in town.“

“Ok it's been along time since I dished out 5 star across the board, but they earned every star. This comes from a chef of over 30 yrs. I can't say enough good things about this place. The pizza was Phenomenal from crust to sauce to toppings. Service completely personal and friendly. Eric whom I assume must be one of the owners of the business was attentive friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back and anyone who reads this really should give them a try. You won't be disappointed“

“My husband and I are visiting from Illinois and we dined here last night to celebrate our anniversary. Nicole was our server and she was incredible! She was knowledgeable and provided us with recommendations that didn’t disappoint! We started with the salad/relish tray, garlic bread, and the bacon sticks that were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. My husband had the prime rib, I had the ribeye, and we ordered the green beans and crab mac and cheese to share. We also ordered the key lime pie and cheesecake for dessert. “First off, sat at the bar, service was phenomenal.Tried the oyster mushrooms, arab bread with dippings, pork schnitzel, and duck pasta. Overall mixed feelings. No single dish worked perfect imo, and nothing blew me away.The oyster mushrooms themselves were good, very very crispy, but they came with some olives, a bit of feta, and some olive oil. It was lacking. Needed more of a sauce, something with more substance than a drizzle of oil and the mashed olives.The pork schnitzel itself was really good as far as pork schnitzel go. However the sides did not fit the schnitzel.The pasta was just mid.The bread and pepper spread were delicious but i would rather some other spread instead of the pickled veggies and chickpeas.Drinks were good, skipped on desert because of main plates not being as good as expected.“

We started with a quick meeting with Joey where he asked about our favorite candy, donut flavors and wedding colors. From there he curated the perfect mix and helped us choose from one of their beautiful donut stands. Joey and his team handled drop off and pick up which made the process seamless. “We've been here a few times, and the food is always pretty good, but I'm pleased to say we've finally had something that we thought was really exceptionally well done, which was the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. These were really excellent, and I would probably get them instead of wings here in the future. The rest of the meal was good as well, a wide variety of options are available, so I'd say this is a good option for family or business meals where you need something to please different palettes. Conveniently located directly on a HOP Streetcar stop as well.“
