“The owner has always been absolutely wonderful and loving each time I or my husband come. The owner knows I can only handle very little food but my childhood favorite from a neighbor who owned Chins restaurant in Cleveland Ohio would always make me won ton soup when I was sick and the grandma would feed it to me and always helped. Red lantern is the only place that has made it exactly how I remember and I've never experienced bad food or service and I highly recommend them. I would suggest those leaving bad reviews, instead you need to bring it to their attention at that time and they will always make it right. I love this place and how caring and loving they are each time we order or my husband comes in.“

“I went there to pick up a order of sweet and sour chicken and when I got the order the chicken was dry it was because I was later picking it up than I thought I would be but they were nice enough to make me a new order so I would highly recommend them very courteous and nice“

“28JUNE2024 First time in here and it is a small spot in a strip mall. The restaurant inside is small and clean. The customer service was super nice and polite.

The beef lo mein ? was full of noodles (small than the usual noodles used in lo men, I like these)and vegetables ? ? ? and a few pieces of beef. The two egg rolls were extremely greasy and had some odd red meat like bits inside. The crispy layer was a little burnt, yet still eatable.

Parking: Parking lot is in the middle of the strip mall and parking in front of the restaurant.“

“Chinese food is one of my comfort foods and I'll try most any Chinese food spot. I find this place to be consistent in their menu and quality. I've never had a bad meal here. Occasionally a an item may be a little "off", likely depends on what chef is working and/or how busy they are when I order (likely rushed my food a little bit). Decent pricing especially compared to some competitors in the area, and the food isnt bad.“

“I absolutely love chopstix and have found it EXTREMELY hard to find anywhere where I moved to (mount airy, md) or even in Frederick! So I've been driving to hagerstown when I do want chinese food and going here! (Also recommend both of the stores beside of chopstix, the little grocery market, and simple pleasures.)I absolutely love the food here and I will continue driving 45 minutes to get it! Bejing Beef is a go to, can't go wrong with that sweet heat combo. Orange Chicken had great flavor as well and was saucy. Will definitely be returning!“
