“Just passing through Charleston. We were just driving around and not too many places caught our eye. Saw Elephant Thai.... Food was absolutely exceptional. I had the Ginger stir fry with chicken., and some fried rice. Wow, out of this world good. It had onions, peppers, wood ear mushrooms, and chicken along with a side plate of rice. Service was excellent, place was clean, nice music, not loud. Lots of people!! Its already on my list for a return visit on return from travels farther west Again, an absolute hit with me..“

“Tudor Biscuit Breakfast! While on a road trip to Charlotte North Carolina we made a stop to. Little breakfast spot that the drive through was staying full! We walked in and it was empty, so we order from Josh who was amazing! He brought out our food and drinks quickly which made me ?... somebody back there knows how to cook! “LOVE LOVE LOVE their food!!!! I have been here several times and I have enjoyed every experience. I would like to comment on the service, we have to order from a kiosk and keep our ticket number to prove what we paid for, which I understand. The first time I came I didnt know we had to keep the ticket number and when my food was ready it was difficult to prove the food was mine and had to go back and retrieve my order number to show them to recieve my food. After learning from that moment I now keep my ticket every time and would advise anyone who is visiting to KEEP YOUR TICKET lol. And they are low of staff so ultimately I understand why it is that way. Anyways, the food is amazing and I visit almost everytime I am in the south charleston area!“

“Today was my first ever visit to this Gino's and my am I IMPRESSED, I ordered the homestyle spaghetti with garlic bread. The pasta was cooked to a perfect tenderness and the sauce was served separately lessening a soggy effect....I will be from now on purchasing this delicious dish from this Gino's.....the toast, delicious!“

“The people were great, the food was just ok, and the atmosphere was not all that inviting. We do highly recommend the Reese's peanut butter cake!I had the pulled pork sandwich, which tasted good, but was texturally more like a Sloppy Joe sandwich than pulled pork. The coleslaw was very good, which is not something I often say.My husband had the Chunky Butt sandwich, which he said was just barely warm and had peppers and onions in it, which he wasn't expecting.My mom had ribs, which she enjoyed. She didn't like the side of cabbage she got, but I tried it and thought it was good.My dad had the Tuesday special of meatloaf (not pictured), which he said had a good flavor, but was kind of tough.It was very slow when we went, but we thought perhaps some things would be better when they're busier and there is more turnover of products in the kitchen. If nothing else, we'll go back for dessert!“

“Very nice restaurant with some nice variations of the standard offerings. The area is a little lackluster but ignore that the food and service.My suggestion is the pineapple shrimp tacos. They are well prepared, topped and presented well. The option of getting sides that are a little uncommon in the local restaurants were nice as well. The black beans were well cooked and seasoned and the street corn was perfect.“

My husband loves heat but the hot as they had was way too much for him. We spent a year in Texas and it was beyond Texas pepper hot.“

“Went to Guadalajara Modern Mexican for the first time. We regret waiting this long to try it!! The staff was friendly, it was extremely clean. Food came out hot and fresh. The meat on the taco and the Classic Jumbo Burrito was full of flavor l! My husband who never gives out 5/5 said this place deserves a 5 out of 5. “Tried almost everything except the kitchen sink. Upon arriving the vibe you received was warm and positive. I ordered ribs, chicken and all sides except greens since none were available today. Ribs were flavorful and juicy as well as the chicken. The sides spoke for them self’s and all full of flavor and well executed. If I’m back in the area again, I’ll definitely make it a point to connect here and dine. Only thing missing in the pic was the sweet potato casserole. If you’re not sure about stopping, DON’T second guess yourself and have the experience.“

“I’m giving this all five stars because from all I can tell this is the best Pizza in Charleston, WV. Not the best I ever - but compared to other cities it’s a 4/5. The service there is great. I got the steak pizza and my friend got one but I forgot which. The horseradish was a bit hinted which was nice because I’m not super into horseradish but I can appreciate what they did with the pizza. They also gave a great selection of beers! If I go back to town I’d come here again.“

“Cannot say enough amazing things about this resturant. Prices are more than reasonable. You can get a full large meal under $10 with a drink chips and salsa, which is rare nowadays. “Today was probably the 5th or 6th visit that we have made to La Roca's within the past year (always for lunch) and we are always pleased with our experience. The food, the service, the menu, and the atmosphere have all consistently been excellent. I am a vegetarian and I can honestly say the Vegetable Fajitas are among the best I have eaten (the Corn and Zucchini Tacos are yummy as well). The portion was more than ample. In fact,I had enough remaining to take home for another meal. My husband is not a vegetarian and has loved everything that he has ordered (he has never had any leftover to take home!). “The price for lunch has gone way up. My husband and I usually go where we can share a meal, but we love this place and have not been there for a while. So we decided to go for lunch, almost 25. $ for 2 buffets and 1 tea. I don't eat that much & neither does he. We usually go somewhere where we can split a mealand sometimes still have leftovers. Great food, great service it's just that everything is so expensive anymore. You can't afford to go out to eat. “This is my Partner and I’s favorite Mexican spot. They have great food and the Texas margaritas in jumbo size are amazing. It’s nice to be able to communicate in Spanish too if you need to. All the staff does an amazing job checking up on you. Highly recommend! Also the Mexican street asada tacos requested with no cheese are amazing they’re authentic Mexican if you request it with no cheese. Favorite item on the menu!“

“I go here pretty regularly mainly because the food is good and the staff is really friendly to me. She evens goes out of her way to acknowledge me and says she remembers me and ask how I’ve been. I usually buy food for me and my mom as it has all the things we like. I am yet to try the breakfast but I hope to remedy that soon. I haven’t had a bad anything here yet but you can’t go wrong with the hot dogs. It just makes you feel like you’re home when you’re here.“

“I have always been a great fan of their awesome food! And i dont always write food reviews! I already know Sunday mornings are hectic and usually a long line but well worth the wait! I have eaten at several of the different tudors locations around the area! I would usually drive to nitro to eat but this morning i chose Dunbar! And my order the same as usual! The Big Tater! It has almost everything Tudors has to offer! I placed my order for the Big Tater and told them to load it up! Well for once they finally got it right! I havnt had the perfect Big Tater in a few years since a friend of mine left the nitro store! Finally the Dunbar store has the employees that knows what their food is supposed to be when their customer says add an extra sausage and load it all up! “Tudor's biscuits are great but some locations are consistently better than others. This location is usually good but occasionally let's us down. Still, in Charleston, it's second only you the Washington Street location. Today's food and service were great.Parking: The parking lot is small with limited spaces. During busy times, you won't find a place to park and the drive through line often backs up around the building, into the street, and sometimes blocks the parking spaces so you can't get in/out of a space“

I was attended to by three different wait staff. They must team together and they were attentive and friendly.I tried a Seafood Delight and it came with all sorts of seafood with veggies: shrimp, scallops, lobster, and sealegs. It was served with brown rice. I prefer white rice and I believe it would have made a tasty dish even better. It was not offered, though.I also tried eel sushi and a spicy tuna and spicy salmon combo roll. Both were very good.The menu is so extensive that I'm going to have to keep coming here! The mushroom ball appetizer was big enough to split for two and great tasting. The short-rib ravioli was really rich and the better entree. The trout with risotto was pretty bland. So was the strawberry cobbler. On the other hand, the chocolate panna cotta was superb.“

This is my 2nd visit in a week 1st visit was by myself out on the deck, great view of the river, server was very professional, burritos were great and about twice as much food as I could eat, I didn't read the receipt, but felt my meal was well worth what I paid. Came back tonight with the wife, gave her the tour. We received phenomenal service, and though the wait for our entrees was longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. I enjoyed the lamb chop lollipops with the BEAUTIFUL Beef Wellington, while my wife ordered the Rosemary Chicken. There were a few people that were making a lot of noise and distracting myself and my wife in the dining area, however they were also paying customers just trying to have a good time.
